Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to confirm coloring of a coat 12 in liquid leakage in a liquid leakage detection line P obtained by coloring the coat 12 of a liquid leakage detection conductor 11.SOLUTION: In a liquid leakage detection line P obtained by performing braid coating 12 to a conductor 11, and twisting three of a coated conductor 10 to perform external braid 14, the respective colorings of the respective braid coatings 12, 12, 12 are yellow, red, and blue. (the same figure (a)). The external braid 14 is penetrated by liquid leakage (the same figure (b)), colors of the respective braid coatings 12 spirally float, and the leakage and a position can be confirmed. At this time, as shown in an embodiment 4, yellow emphasizes red and blue, and an identification degree of a liquid leakage part increases.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a watertight polyethylene insulated wire capable of newly using by making use of an insulator 3 of the used watertight polyethylene insulated wire P. SOLUTION: In the watertight polyethylene insulated wire P, an electrically-insulated watertight material 12 made of a thermoplastic resin such as an EEA is filled up between each strand of a conductor 11 consisting of a plurality of strands 11a wherein a surface treating agent made of benzotriazol and an epoxy plasticizer is coated, and collected and modified recycled polyethylene 13 is coated on an outer peripheral surface of the conductor. A rainwater entry preventing property between respective strands can be ensured even though a hard resin is adopted as a watertight material so that adhesion between each strand and the watertight material is increased by surface treatment and a rate of a watertight property (rainwater entry preventing property) between respective strands depending on viscoelasticity of the watertight material decreases. The hard watertight material can restrain co-rotation of the insulator when peeling-off of its skin since the hard watertight material has an effect for compensating reduction of rigidity of the collected and modified recycled polyethylene. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cable from meandering at a bent part thereof, or from lifting before a bent point, when the bent part is moved.SOLUTION: A movable cable 1 comprises: a plurality of resin coating striped bodies 4 made of an electric wire and the like placed in an arcuate parallel way; a resin-made web-like coupling part 12 coupling each of the plurality of resin coating striped bodies 4; and resin 5 coating perimeter of each the resin coating striped bodies 4 so as to make the resin coating striped bodies in one body. On bending, the movable cable 1 becomes in a plane shape through the web-like coupling part 12, and internal stress due to tension σ1a and internal stress due to compression σ2a are generated at the web-like coupling part 12. Then, a center of thickness tc of the coupling part 12 is located inside of an arc line a made by a center 4c of the resin coating striped bodies 4, that is, an arc line c made by a center tc of each coupling part 12 is located inside of the arc line a (as shown in Fig. (a)), so that bending moment M1 becomes large because of the inner stresses σ1a and σ2a at the coupling part due to bending, and return force according to a sum of the bending moment M1 makes the movable cable surely recover from a bending state to the plane state, without lifting.

Abstract: The present invention provides a liquid leakage detection line (P2) for shortening color development time and preventing nonuniform color development, which is formed by intertwisting two conductors (11) covered by an insulating weaved object, and a linear color development body (13) and is provided with an external weaved object (14), wherein the color development body (13) dyes a liquid non-absorbent line weaved object (13b') with a liquid soluble colorant, and the periphery of the color development body is covered by a liquid non-absorbent line weaved object (13c). The color development body (13) is formed by a liquid non-absorbent line weaved object (13b'), the lines do not contains the colorant, and the outer circumferential surface of the color development body (13) is covered by the colorant for dyeing, especially the weaved object (13b') is dyed. Therefore, the colorant is arranged among various fibers of the weaved object, the colorant is large in amount, rapid in color development speed, and bright in color development degree. The liquid leakage directly enters into the coloring layer of the colorant, and the colorant is smoothly dissolved, thereby shortening the time from liquid leakage generation to the coloring layer and to the time for seeing color development on the external weaved object.
