    摘要: An interface system for a sensor wafer may comprise a sensor wafer having a substrate. One or more sensors may be mounted to the substrate. An electronics module may be mounted to the substrate and coupled to the one or more sensors. An energy storage device may be mounted to the substrate and coupled to the electronics module. A secondary coil may be attached to a surface of the sensor wafer, and coupled to the electronics module of the sensor wafer, having a diameter of at least 50 millimeters. A primary coil may be attached to a front opening universal pod (FOUP). The primary coil, may situated and oriented in the FOUP such that the primary coil is concentric with the secondary coil and at least 8, but less than 12 millimeters from the sensor wafer when the sensor wafer is stored in a slot in the FOUP.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient transmission device for transmitting electromagnetic waves between antennas. SOLUTION: The transmission device transmits electromagnetic waves between a first antenna (2) and a second antenna (4) which are spaced away from each other via a conductive wall (8), and includes a passive resonant circuit (5). The passive resonant circuit includes a first portion (15) disposed on one side (9) of the conductive wall so as to form electromagnetic coupling for the first antenna; a second portion (16) disposed on an opposite side (11) of the conductive wall so as to form electromagnetic coupling for the second antenna; a capacitor (7) for allowing a resonant frequency of the passive resonant circuit to substantially be tuned to operating frequencies of both the antennas (2, 4); and a conductor (12) electrically connecting the first portion and the second portion by the capacitor across the conductive wall.
