Abstract: A driving mechanism drives a vehicle window to move up and down. The driving mechanism includes a housing, and a driving assembly and a transmission assembly. The driving assembly is engaged with the transmission assembly. The driving assembly is partially received in the housing. The transmission assembly includes a first transmission member connected to the driving assembly, a second transmission member engaging with the first transmission member, and a planetary gear set. The planetary gear set connects to an external device. The driving assembly drives the first transmission member which in turn drives the second transmission member to rotate. The second transmission member drives the planetary gear set which in turn drives the vehicle window to move.

Abstract: An actuator for a vehicle door lock mechanism has a motor, a first gear, a second gear and a third gear. The motor has a shaft to which the first gear is connected. The motor rotates the first gear, which in turn drives the second gear and the third gear. A non-tooth part is formed on the second gear. A projection is formed on the third gear. Stops are arranged for stopping rotation of the third gear. When the second gear rotates to a position where the non-tooth part corresponds to the third gear, the projection is spaced from one stop by an angle. When the second gear rotates further, the gears re-mesh and the third gear rotates till the projection contacts the stop.

Abstract: A load connecting mechanism includes a mounting portion, a contact portion, and a force-exerting portion. The mounting portion is configured to mount the load connecting mechanism to a power source and a load, respectively. The contact portion is disposed on the mounting portion and includes two slidably coupled contact faces. The force-exerting portion is configured to provide a force to the contact faces in an axial direction of the power source to make the contact faces closely slidably couple to each other. Through the slidable coupling relationship between the contact faces, power of the power source is progressively transmitted to the load and finally drives the load to rotate in synchronization with the power source. The present invention further provides a motor driving assembly and a fan. The mechanism can satisfy the needs of bidirectional rotation of a load such as a fan and of large startup torque.

Abstract: A driving device includes a motor and a gearbox. The gearbox includes a sun gear, planetary gears surrounding and meshing with the sun gear, and an internal ring gear surrounding and meshing with the planetary gears. The motor is a single phase motor. The sun gear is integrally formed with a rotary shaft of the motor. A power tool is also disclosed which includes the driving device, a rotatable working head driven by the driving device, and a striking unit disposed between the driving device and the working head. By integrating the sun gear and the motor rotary shaft to form an integral gear shaft, the number of the teeth of the sun gear can be reduced to five or less. Therefore, the transmission ratio of the gearbox can be effectively increased without changing the maximum geometric outer diameter.

Abstract: The planetary gear train includes a first sun gear driven by the motor, a first ring gear, a first carrier, and a plurality of first planetary gears arranged at one side of the first carrier and meshing with the first sun gear and the first ring gear. The first sun gear, first planetary gears and first ring gear are helical gears so that meshing surface is increased. Helical teeth formed on an inner surface of the first ring gear mesh with the helical teeth of the first planetary gears. Therefore, the operation is stable and the noise is low. The planetary gears are made of plastic to further decrease the noise. The first ring gear is made by sintered powder metallurgy.

The ring gear includes a one-piece annular body made from powder metallurgy material, and a first ring gear part and a second ring gear part formed on a surface of the annular body. The ring gear has a density less than 92% of its theoretical density and a mass of 6.0 to 8.0 grams per cubic millimeter. The present invention further provides a mold for manufacturing the ring gear. The ring gear of the present invention includes two ring gears integrally formed at once, and the two ring gears have improved concentricity.
