摘要:
The present technology relates to an image processing apparatus and an image processing method, and particularly to an image processing apparatus and an image processing method capable of suppressing an increase in a load on a subject and obtaining a captured image of the subject with higher image quality. An imaging unit reduces a light amount and performs a plurality of imagings of the fundus of the eye so as to generate a plurality of fundus images. A biological information alignment processing unit aligns the fundus images by using biological information of a subject. A super-resolution processing unit superimposes an aligned input image on a previous super-resolution result image so as to generate a new super-resolution result image. The super-resolution processing unit stores or outputs the super-resolution result image in a storage unit or from an output unit, and supplies the super-resolution result image to a super-resolution result image buffer so as to be stored. The present technology may be applied to, for example, an image processing apparatus.

Provided is a microbead analysis method for a microbead. The microbead is formed in a columnar shape having a top surface and a bottom surface facing each other, as placed almost in parallel, and a side surface extending therefrom, and carries an identification pattern formed on at least one of the top surface and the bottom surface and a substance immobilized on a surface thereof having affinity to an analyte substance. The method includes detecting fluorescence emitted from the microbead surface due to interaction of the analyte substance with the substance having affinity to the analyte substance from a region including a region of the top surface and the bottom surface where there is no identification pattern formed and the side surface.

A substrate treatment apparatus includes: substrate holding unit which horizontally holds a substrate; a rotating unit which rotates the substrate held by the substrate holding unit about a vertical axis; and a first nozzle having a first opposing face to be opposed to a region of a lower surface of the substrate inward of a peripheral portion of the substrate in spaced relation to the lower surface of the substrate during rotation of the substrate by the rotating unit and a treatment liquid spout provided in the first opposing face for filling a space defined between the lower surface of the substrate and the first opposing face with a treatment liquid spouted from the treatment liquid spout to keep the space in a liquid filled state.

A spectral data analyzer is disclosed. The spectral data analyzer calculates the spectral intensity ratio of a C—H band and an amide I band in a Raman spectrum that corresponds to a substance present in a body tissue; and automatically determines the presence or absence of amyloid beta in the substance based on the calculated ratio.

A fluorescence image acquisition method including: irradiating an eyeground with a short-pulse beam of light for exciting a fluorescent dye; setting the time point of emission of the light as a reference, measuring the intensities of luminescence of the fluorescent dye at two different times which are predetermined periods of time after the reference, determining the ratio between the intensities of luminescence at the two different times, and detecting the intensity of luminescence of the fluorescent dye having marked a target by using the ratio; and generating a fluorescence image of the fluorescent dye having marked the target, based on the results of detection by the detecting step.

A digital camera capable of capturing, displaying and recording images at appropriate frame rates is provided. When a current shooting scene mode is a non-sport mode, a current readout mode and a current display mode are set to a high-definition readout mode and a high-definition display mode, respectively, at the same time. Additionally, when a current operating mode is a moving image capturing mode, a current recording mode is also set to a high-definition recording mode at the same time. When the current shooting scene mode is a sport mode, on the other hand, the current readout mode and the current display mode are set to a high-speed readout mode and a high-speed display mode, respectively, at the same time. Additionally, when the current operating mode is the moving image capturing mode, the current recording mode is also set to a high-speed recording mode. The digital camera increases the image-capturing frame rate, the display frame rate and the recording frame rate in synchronism with each other in response to a change of the current shooting scene mode from the non-sport mode to the sport mode.

The present invention relates to an extract obtained by extracting useful components containing equol from an equol-containing fermented soybean hypocotyl, and to a method for producing the same. The present invention makes it possible to efficiently obtain useful components containing equol from the fermented soybean hypocotyl by subjecting an equol-containing fermented soybean hypocotyl to extraction using an ethanol aqueous solution as an extractant. The present invention reduces the content of saponin, which causes an unpleasant taste, by sequentially subjecting the equol-containing fermented soybean hypocotyl to extraction using an ethanol aqueous solution and ethanol, while efficiently extracting equol and glycitein.
