摘要: An imprinting apparatus comprises a first carrier for carrying a flexible stamp and a second carrier movable relative to the first carrier and configured to carry a substrate having a resist layer. The second carrier comprises a chuck and a set of chuck actuators for translating a portion of the chuck in a Z-axis direction. Each chuck actuator comprises an actuator output and a lever arrangement between the actuator output and a chuck drive member. The lever arrangement enables an increase in positioning accuracy and increased stiffness, compared to the direct control of position using the actuator output.

摘要: Systems, devices, and methods for ultrasonic imaging by sparse sampling are provided. In one embodiment, an ultrasound imaging system comprises an array of ultrasound transducer elements, electronic circuitry in communication with the array of ultrasound transducer elements and configured to select a first receive aperture of the array comprising a plurality of contiguous ultrasound transducer elements and at least one non-contiguous ultrasound transducer element, and a beamformer in communication with the electronic circuitry. Each ultrasound transducer element of the first receive aperture is configured to receive reflected ultrasound echoes and generate an electrical signal representative of imaging data. The beamformer is configured to receive the electrical signals generated by the first receive aperture and apply different weight to the electrical signals generated by the contiguous ultrasound transducer elements and the electrical signal generated by the at least one non-contiguous ultrasound transducer element.

摘要: An integrated circuit die is disclosed that comprises a substrate defining a plurality of circuit elements; a sensor region on the substrate, the sensor region comprising a layer stack defining a plurality of CMUT (capacitive micromachined ultrasound transducer) cells; and an interposer region on the substrate adjacent to the sensor region. The interposer region comprises a further layer stack including conductive connections to the circuit elements and the CMUT cells, the conductive connections connected to a plurality of conductive contact regions on an upper surface of the interposer region, the conductive contact regions including external contacts for contacting the integrated circuit die to a connection cable and mounting pads for mounting a passive component on the upper surface. A probe including such an integrated circuit die an ultrasound system including such a probe are also disclosed.

摘要: To obtain feedback on image quality from qualified reviewers, an optically machine readable code (e.g., a QR code or the like) is generated for each acquired medical image and embedded into the image. The embedded code includes information to the identity of the image, the imaging device, authorized reviewers, and authorized recipients of the feedback, as well as a link to a feedback form that can be retrieved by a communication device used by an authorized user. When the embedded code is scanned by the communication device, the code is decoded and the feedback form is retrieved from a server, completed by the reviewer, and transmitted back to the authorized recipients of the feedback.

摘要: System (SYS) and related method for imaging support. The system comprises an input interface (IN) for receiving an input image (I1) of a patient acquired by an imaging apparatus (IA). The input image was previously assessed by an image quality assessment module (IQM) and was awarded an image quality, IQ, score. The system's imaging triaging module (TL) retrieves from an image database (DBI) of prior assessed images, a corresponding image (I0) that corresponds to the input image. The corresponding image is a prior image of patient. The imaging triaging module (TL) provides a decision, based on the first IQ score and a second IQ score of the corresponding image (I0), if any, whether or not to acquire a new image (I2) of the patient by the imaging apparatus (IA). The risk of unnecessary retakes can be reduced, thus saving time, dose, and reducing wear-and-tear of the imaging apparatus.

摘要: The present invention relates to a device, system and method for determining a respiration rate of a subject. The device presented comprises an input interface for obtaining a red and/or an infrared photoplethysmography, PPG, signal, a feature signal unit configured to extract a first sequence of features from the PPG signal and to generate a first feature signal from said sequence of features, a resampling unit configured to resample with a resampling function the first feature signal to yield a resampled signal with a constant sampling rate and/or to resample a first derivative to yield a resampled first derivative with a constant sampling rate, a transformation unit configured to calculate a Fourier transform of the resampled signal to yield a transformed resampled signal or to calculate a Fourier transform of the resampled first derivative to yield a transformed resampled first derivative, and an extraction unit configured to extract from the transformed resampled signal a first respiration rate or from the transformed resampled first derivative the first respiration rate, wherein the first sequence of features is a sequence of phases of the first harmonic of a heart beat of the subject with respect to a start of the heart beat and wherein the first feature signal corresponds to the sequence of phases.
