摘要: A hybrid electric vehicle drive apparatus has a setting portion for setting a limit value of a driving torque that a motor outputs when driving a hybrid electric vehicle by the power of the motor only, based on a maximum torque that the motor enables to output and a starting torque used to start an internal combustion engine by the motor. The setting portion sets the limit value to a first value and sets the limit value to a second value which is greater than the first value when a vehicle speed of the vehicle does not increase even though an accelerator pedal position degree increases while the vehicle is being driven only by the motor.

摘要: A method of operating a drive train comprising a hybrid drive with a combustion engine and an electric motor; a transmission positioned between the hybrid drive and the output; and a clutch positioned between the combustion engine and the electric motor. When the electric motor exclusively drives the vehicle, the combustion engine can be started by engaging the clutch. At the time when the electric motor permanently or without traction force interruption is coupled to the output, and the rotational speed of the electric motor is greater than the starting rotational speed of the combustion engine, and a clutch, positioned between the combustion engine and the electric motor, is engagedly and disengagedly controlled so that the clutch is brought into slippage, via partial engagement, to start the combustion engine, and thereafter the clutch is completely disengaged before reaching a synchronous rotational speed between the combustion engine and the electric motor.

摘要: A method for starting an internal combustion thermal engine of a hybrid vehicle having: the thermal engine provided with a drive shaft; at least one pair of driving wheels; a transmission, which transmits the motion from the thermal engine to the driving wheels and has a clutch; and an electric machine, which is mechanically connected to the clutch downstream of the clutch, so that the clutch is interposed between the electric machine and the thermal engine; the starting method includes the steps of: opening the clutch to separate the electric machine from the thermal engine; separating the electric machine from the driving wheels; making the electric machine rotate by operating the electric machine as a motor; and closing the clutch when the electric machine reaches a launch rotation speed.

摘要: A method and apparatus for starting an engine in a hybrid vehicle being driven by an electric motor is disclosed. The motor is operably configured to deliver mechanical power through an automatic transmission to at least one vehicle drive wheel to cause an acceleration of the vehicle. The method involves coupling the engine to the motor to cause an inertial load on the motor thus causing the motor to decelerate to a reduced rotational speed to provide a starting torque to the engine for starting the engine, and causing the automatic transmission to change gear ratio to a target gear ratio associated with the reduced rotational speed while causing the motor to decelerate, the motor being operable to deliver increased torque at the reduced rotational speed, thereby generally maintaining the acceleration of the vehicle.

摘要: A method for starting an internal combustion engine (4) in a vehicle equipped with an electrodynamic drive system (2), which is comprised of an electric motor (24) and a planetary transmission (14) between the internal combustion engine (4) and a manual transmission (6) with an input shaft (28), provides that first the electric motor (24) is accelerated to a speed that is fundamentally sufficient to start the internal combustion engine (4); this is followed by a controlled closing of a brake (32) designed to halt the rotation of the input shaft (28) of the manual transmission (6) against a stationary housing component (34), whereby a level of torque that represents the sum of electromotive torque and rotational torque of the rotating components acts upon the internal combustion engine (4).

摘要: A method and a device for operating a hybrid drive of a vehicle includes a parallel hybrid drive train having an internal combustion engine, at least one electric machine, a shift element interposed between the internal combustion engine and the electrical machine, a automatic transmission, and a power take-off. The internal combustion engine is frictionally connected to the electrical machine via the shift element and may be started by the electric machine. A coordinated sequence of functions with defined intermediate states is called up. A state of the shift element for the synchronization of a transmission input of the transmission to a target transmission input speed is varied once the engine has been started. The synchronization is performed either purely with an electromotive force or with a force produced by a combination of the electrical machine and the internal combustion engine.
