    Abstract: An animation embedded automatic vending machine is provided, comprising: a core board having a chip with high video playing capability; a 3D animation system for simulating the scene of a customer entering into a store to do shopping; a sales system supporting charge, computation, data storage and financial report printing; the 3D animation system is embedded into a shopping procedure control module; the sales system is connected to corresponding ports of the core board respectively, a display screen arranged on a man-machine interaction interface of the automatic vending machine, and a FPGA control bottom board, are connected to the core board of the automatic vending machine respectively, and the FPGA control bottom board instructs a delivery executing mechanism of the automatic vending machine to deliver the goods selected via the animation window. With the technical solution of the present invention, the automatic vending machine utilizes 3D animations displayed on the screen to show attributes of goods stored in the machine, and provides animation man-machine interface for customers to select goods and make payment, meanwhile guide the customers with the operation procedure, therefore a intelligent sales system having man-machine interaction is achieved.

    Abstract: An electronic carrier board and a package structure thereof are provided. The electronic carrier board includes a carrier, at least one pair of bond pads formed on the carrier, and a protective layer covering the carrier. The protective layer is formed with openings for exposing the bond pads. A groove is formed between the paired bond pads and has a length larger than a width of an electronic component mounted on the paired bond pads. The groove is adjacent to one of the paired bond pads and communicates with a corresponding one of the openings where this bond pad is exposed. Accordingly, a clearance between the electronic component and the electronic carrier board can be effectively filled with an insulating resin for encapsulating the electronic component, thereby preventing voids and undesirable electrical bridging between the paired bond pads from occurrence.

    Abstract: An electronic carrier board and a package structure thereof are provided.
