摘要： Three-dimensional (3D) semiconductor memory devices and methods of manufacturing the same are provided. Three-dimensional (3D) semiconductor memory devices may include a substrate including a cell array region and a connection region, a lower stack structure including a plurality of lower electrodes vertically stacked on the substrate, the lower stack structure having a first stair step structure extending in a first direction on the connection region and a second stair step structure extending in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction on the connection region, and a plurality of intermediate stack structures vertically stacked on the lower stack structure. Each of the intermediate stack structures includes a plurality of intermediate electrodes vertically stacked and has a third stair step structure extending in the second direction on the connection region. Each of the intermediate stack structures exposes the third stair step structure of the intermediate stack structure disposed thereunder.

Each of the first and second electrodes may include electrode portions provided on the cell array region to extend in a first direction and to be spaced apart from each other in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, an electrode connecting portion provided on the connection region to extend in the second direction and to horizontally connect the electrode portions to each other, and protrusions provided on the connection region to extend from the electrode connecting portion in the first direction and to be spaced apart from each other in the second direction.

In one embodiment, the OLED device includes: i) a substrate and ii) a first thin film formed on the substrate, wherein the first thin film comprises first and second surfaces opposing each other, wherein the first surface contacts the substrate, and wherein a plurality of protrusions and depressions are alternately formed on the second surface of the first thin film. The OLED device may further include a second thin film formed on the protrusions and depressions of the first thin film, a first electrode formed on the second thin film, a light emitting member formed on the first electrode and a second electrode formed on the organic light emitting member.

摘要： A top-emitting or bottom-emitting OLED has a wide color gamut and reduces a variation in color with a viewing angle. The OLED includes a reflective electrode and a transmissive or semi-transmissive electrode disposed opposite each other; at least two organic emission layers (EMLs) interposed between the reflective electrode and the transmissive or semi-transmissive electrode; and an optical path control layer disposed on an outer surface of the transmissive or semi-transmissive electrode. A resonator is formed between the reflective electrode and the optical path control layer so a resonance mode of light extracted from the optical path control layer is a multi-resonance mode having at least two modes in a visible light region. A distance between the organic EMLs satisfies the condition of constructive interference between light beams emitted by the respective organic EMLs. A color display apparatus using the OLED are taught.
