摘要: When drive control of a generator is performed, PWM control of a switching circuit comprising an FET and a diode connected to the opposite ends of a winding is performed. In the vicinity of a moment in time Lmax where the winding has a maximum inductance L, an alternating mode for repeating a supply mode and a reflux mode alternately is performed through PWM control. After the alternating mode is performed, the reflux mode is performed temporarily in order to increase the quantity of current, and then a regenerative mode is performed. The regenerative mode is performed by increasing the current level as much as possible when the reflux mode is started while suppressing the brake force of the rotor in the alternating mode. From a position advancing in angle by a time Tah from the moment in time Lmax where the winding has a maximum inductance L, a first alternating mode C1 for repeating the supply mode P and the reflux mode Q alternately is performed. After the first alternating mode C1 is performed, a second alternating mode C2 for repeating the reflux mode Q and the regenerative mode R alternately is performed.

摘要: A user enters a numeric string on a standby screen of a cellular telephone (1), and then presses a predetermined function key, the numeric string being obtained by numerical conversion of a keyword related to a piece of registration information, e.g. a destination e-mail address, in accordance with an assignment relationship between characters and numerical keys. In the cellular telephone having recognized the entry of the numeric string and the pressing of the predetermined function key, a database is searched by using as a key the entered numeric string or a character string obtained by character conversion of the entered numeric string in accordance with the above-mentioned assignment relationship, and e-mail destination candidates associated with the numeric string or the character string are extracted and displayed on a display. The user selects a desired destination from among the candidates, whereby an e-mail destination address is selected and called up.

摘要: A method of producing a semiconductor device having a thickness of 90 μm to 200 μm and with an electrode on the rear surface, which achieves a high proportion of non-defective devices by optimizing the silicon concentration and thickness of the aluminum-silicon electrode. A surface device structure is formed on a first major surface of a silicon substrate. A buffer layer and a collector layer are formed on the second major surface after grinding to reduce the thickness of the substrate. On the collector layer, a collector electrode is formed including a first layer of an aluminum-silicon film having a thickness of 0.3 μm to 1.0 μm and a silicon concentration of 0.5 percent to 2 percent by weight, preferably not more than 1 percent by weight.

摘要: A method for forming, without heat evolution, an organic thin film with homogeneous quality on the surface of the substrate. The method consists of vaporizing a single film-forming component of organic material, thereby evolving a film-forming gas (g2), transporting and feeding the film-forming gas (g2) into a reaction chamber (11) in which a substrate (W) is placed, and depositing the organic material, while keeping the film-forming component, on the surface of the substrate (W) in the reaction chamber (11). The substrate (W) is kept cooled while the organic material is being deposited. The film-forming gas (g2) is transported and fed into the reaction chamber (11) by using a carrier gas, such as an inert gas (g1). The deposition of the organic material is repeated so that films differing in composition are formed one over another.

摘要: There is provided a measuring board, in which an I/O switch is formed in the vicinity of an I/O terminal on the board and no deformation occurs in the wave form of an input signal. In the vicinity of the I/O terminal on the measuring board, on which a device to be measured (DUT) is mounted and in which testing is performed for the I/O terminal, there are provided a plurality of optically driven switches, each of which is composed of a photoconductive switch having electrodes with an electrode gap of a specified width on a semi-insulating semiconductor substrate and a semiconductor laser provided so as to irradiate the electrode gap. By these optically driven switches, input and output switching is performed for the I/O terminal.

摘要: There is provided an identifier dictionary-generating device for use in a system for reversely producing specifications expressed in a vernacular language from a high-level language program. The identifier dictionary-generating device extracts alphabetic identifiers of variable names and corresponding vernacular identifiers, to form an dictionary of identifiers. The identifier dictionary-generating device is comprised of a word fetching device for fetching words from the high-level language program, a first identifier extracting device for extracting a first identifier from words fetched by the word fetching device and a second identifier extracting device for extracting a second identifier in a vernacular language from the words fetched by the word fetching device, and a registering device for registering the first identifier and the second identifier into the dictionary when the first identifier and the second identifier corresponding thereto are extracted. The dictionary containing variable names dentifiers in alphabetic characters and vernacular identifiers provided in a manner correspondent thereto can be prepared by setting the first identifier to an alphabetic identifier as a variable name, and the second identifier to an identifier obtained from a comment in a vernacular language annotated on the variable name.

摘要: A plurality of breaking portions forming a vertically-disposed circuit breaker are connected in series and open and close the circuit within a gas-tight sealed enclosure. The enclosure is provided at its both sides with openings for connection of one and the other ends of the breaking portions, to which openings main bus bars and an insulated-led-out device are connected, respectively. The breaking portions each have a fixed contactor and a movable contactor, and the movable contactor is put into contact with or is separated from the fixed contactor by moving the movable contactor upward or downward under control of an operating device.
