Secondary battery 13 used for buffering includes at least one cell in which a battery element with a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate that are laminated therein is sealed with an outer cover film.

Resilient force is provided by the contact member to affect the recording medium when the recording medium contacts the contact member and the contact member is moved in a direction to narrow the clearance.

A cerebral function mapping device comprises a mapping module in which a plurality of cooling modules are arranged, each cooling module including a Peltier device and a coolant liquid circulating part in a manner similar to that of the cerebral local portion cooling probe.
