    摘要: If the distribution coefficient of an impurity in a compound melt is less than 1, the impurity concentration in the compound melt doped with the impurity increased during a crystal growth in an LEC method. A supplying device replenishes an undoped crystal into the melt in order to keep the impurity concentration constant. The undoped crystal is covered with a liquid encapsulant which is contained in an encapsulant-supporting-cylinder or double-cylinder. Replenishing rate (dQ/dt) of the undoped crystal and the growing rate (dS/dt) should satisfy the equationdQ/dt=(1-k)dS/dtThe impurity concentration of a grown single crystal is uniform. Whole of the crystal is a single crystal. Electronic properties of the single crystal is uniform from seed end to tail end.

    摘要: A filter device capable of simultaneously effecting centrifugal separation and filtration comprises a hollow main body closed at one end thereof and adapted for effective use in a centrifuge, at least one filter medium disposed inside the hollow main body substantially along the axis thereof and adapted to partition the interior of the hollow main body into plural compartments, at least one of the compartments being a liquid feeding compartment and another compartment being a filtrate receiving compartment, wherein liquid entering the liquid feeding compartment is centrifuged and simultaneously filtered by the filter medium, and the filtrate flows into the filtrate receiving compartment. This filter device is used, for example, for the removal of proteins from blood.

    摘要: The encoding computational complexity and the decoding computational complexity are reduced while suppressing deterioration of coding efficiency in comparison with conventional intra divided-picture coding. A divided picture generation unit divides an input encoding target picture into blocks having the same size, and collects pixels having the same relative position in the blocks to generate divided pictures having the same size. An intra divided-picture encoding unit performs intra divided-picture encoding on some divided pictures. A reference picture selection unit selects, as a reference picture, an encoded divided picture in which a pixel position on an original picture is close in order to encode the other encoding target divided pictures. An inter divided-picture predictive encoding unit generates a predicted picture using the selected reference picture and encodes an encoding target divided picture through inter divided-picture prediction in units of divided pictures.

    摘要: The computational complexity of a denoising filter is reduced while suppressing a reduction in coding efficiency. In a video encoding/decoding apparatus which uses a loop filter, a deviation degree calculating unit calculates the degree of deviation between a denoising target pixel and a surrounding pixel using a decoded image. A template shape setting unit limits a template shape so that its size is proportional to the degree of deviation relative to the maximum value of the degree of deviation in the decoded image. When noise of the target pixel is removed, weighted in accordance with the degree of similarity between a template of the target pixel and a template of each of search points in a search shape and the weighted sum of pixel values at the search points, the loop filter performs template matching using the limited template shape and removes noise of the target pixel.

The position at which the EGR valve is disposed is higher than the joining section, and the EGR path of the curved structure slopes downward from the EGR valve side.
