    摘要： A foot mat is formed by combining at least a topmost top sheet layer, a fibrous material layer, and a foamed material layer. The top sheet layer is made of thermoplastic polyurethane that is prepared with the constituent components including 10-84% polyol, 15-55% MDI, and 1-75% 1,4BG and shows properties of wear resistance, bending resistance, oil staining resistance, and corrosion resistance and has excellent machinability. Thus, the foot mat so made shows excellent advantages of being not damaged by scratching, improved durability, resistance against staining caused by oil and dust, and being easy to clean.

    摘要： The present invention provides a novel and improved synthetic resin leather comprising a substrate and a synthetic resin layer, wherein it has reduced difference of elongations between in a longitudinal direction and in a transverse direction, desirable thickness, no melting during combustion and excellent feelings and good flame retardant property, which is suitable for use in general applications such as interior finishing materials and/or seats for automobile. More particularly, with respect of the leather of the present invention comprising a substrate 1 having both sides cross-knitted and a synthetic resin layer 2 attached to at least one side of the substrate 1, the substrate 1 is prepared by cross-knitting a first yarn 3 with 10 to 40 in count composed of one selected from single spun or mixed spun fibers made of rayon, cotton, polyester, nylon, acryl, urethane and a second yarn 4 with 50 to 300 in denier composed of one selected from crimpy long fiber filaments, thermoplastic elastomer long fiber filaments and polyurethane long fiber filaments; and knitting the both-sided cross-knitted fabric such that loops 6,6′ made of the second yarn 4 are enclosed by loops 5,5′ made of the first yarn 3, thereby making the loops 6,6′ made of the second yarn 4 discontinuous in the longitudinal direction, the transverse direction, and/or on front and rear sides of the substrate 1.

    摘要： A method for the production of a breathable multilayer synthetic leather with a backing layer of a textile sheet, at least one intermediate layer applied to the backing layer and based on an at least to some extent open-cell whipped polyurethane foam and, applied full-surface to the at least one intermediate layer, an outer layer based on a polyurethane. In a first step, the outer layer is applied to a peelable underlay and is hardened, and then at least one intermediate layer is applied to the outer layer, and then the backing layer is laid onto the at least one intermediate layer and the underlay is released from the outer layer, where, to form the outer layer, an aqueous aliphatic polyurethane dispersion in liquid form is applied to the underlay, and immediately after application of the polyurethane dispersion the water content of the same is evaporated by introducing heat within a time sufficiently short to bring about filming-free drying of the polyurethane dispersion on the underlay, forming the outer layer with micropores. A corresponding breathable multilayer synthetic leather is also provided.
