    摘要: The alloy material having fine grain size, which is suitable for the mass-production, the magnetic material of bulk having single phase and homogeneous composition and manufacturing method of them are offered. The alloy material comprises a plurality of phases different in composition, the grain size of each phase is 20 μm or less, and the composition as a whole is equal to an NaZn13 type La(FexSi1-x)13 compound. When the alloy material is heat treated, various kinds of elements are sufficiently diffused in a short time, and magnetic material comprising an La(FexSi1-x)13 compound having an NaZn13 type crystal structure of a single phase and homogeneous composition can be efficiently obtained.

Each of the semiconductor light-emitting devices has a translucent substrate, and a semiconductor light-emitting layer formed on the substrate. The conductor parts are provided on the reflective layer, and electrically connected to the semiconductor light-emitting devices. The adhesive layer bonds the substrates of the semiconductor light-emitting devices onto the reflective layer, and thereby holds the semiconductor light-emitting devices on the reflective layer.

The filtering unit is provided between the cooling unit and the tank, and the filtering unit filters the waste liquid cooled in the cooling unit. A processing method includes: supplying vapor into a processing chamber; removing residues from a workpiece using the vapor; cooling waste liquid containing the removed residues to precipitate the residues as solids; and filtering the waste liquid containing the precipitates.

    摘要: The magnetic material for magnetic refrigeration of the present invention is characterized by exhibiting, in a certain temperature region, preferably, only in part of a temperature region from 200 K to 350 K, an inflection point at which a second order differential coefficient of a magnetization curve changes from positive to negative with respect to a magnetic field, within the range of this magnetic field formed using a permanent magnet unit. This magnetic material of the present invention can generate a low temperature by using a relatively low magnetic field, by transferring the entropy between the electron spin system and the lattice system near the temperature at which an inflection point appears on the magnetization curve. Examples of the magnetic material meeting this condition are La(Fe,Si)13, (Hf,Ta)Fe2, (Ti,Sc)Fe2, and (Nb,Mo)Fe2, each containing 50 to 60 atomic % of transition metals such as Fe.
