Abstract: The present invention provides an ink jet recording method capable of recording an image having good abrasion resistance by using an aqueous ink and a reaction liquid. In the ink jet recording method, the aqueous ink containing a resin particle and the reaction liquid containing a reactant for aggregating the component in the aqueous ink are ejected from a recording head of the ink jet system and applied onto a recording medium. The reaction liquid contains a compound represented by the general formula (1) (n in the formula represents an integer of 0 to 3). At least one of the aqueous ink and the reaction liquid contains a surfactant having an HLB value of ≤ 15.

Abstract: In an example of a method for three-dimensional (3D) printing, a build material composition is applied to form a build material layer. The build material composition includes a polymeric or polymeric composite build material, and a precipitating agent. Based on a 3D object model, a fusing agent is selectively applied on at least a portion of the build material composition. The fusing agent includes a radiation absorber, which the precipitating agent precipitates. The build material composition is exposed to radiation to fuse the at least the portion to form a layer of a 3D part.

Abstract: An example of a shipping fluid for a printhead device includes at least one solvent, at least one additive, at least one surfactant, and water. The solvent includes at least one carbohydrate in an amount of about 10 wt % or more based on the total weight of the shipping fluid. Abstract: The present invention relates to an image forming method and an image forming apparatus by an inkjet method using a gel ink, which minimize a gloss difference between an image-formed region and an image-less region, regardless of a type of a paper substrate used. The image forming method of the present invention is a method for forming an image on a paper substrate by using an inkjet ink that undergoes a temperature-induced sol-gel phase transition. The image forming method includes: a step of subjecting a paper substrate to a corona discharge treatment; a step of ejecting liquid droplets of inkjet ink and landing the droplets on a surface of the paper substrate subjected to the corona discharge treatment; and a step of irradiating the droplets of the inkjet ink landed on the paper substrate with an actinic light ray to cure the inkjet ink.

A lateral size of the graphene is between approximately 0.1 micron and approximately 1 micron.
