摘要: A method of coating a surface of a concrete structure in situ, which comprises the step of applying to the surface of the concrete of the concrete structure a liquidous coating of a modified polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) or polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) material in an air dryable solution comprising: a PVDF or a PVDF co-polymer or a combination of PVDF and PVDF copolymer to form a blend with a compatible acrylic and/or other compatible polymer that is fluorinated to between about 30% to about 75% by weight excluding any solvent; the PVDF or PVDF co-polymer or blend thereof having at least about 45% PVDF molecular structure by weight when dried; the PVDF or PVDF co-polymer having a polymer crystallinity of at least about 30% by weight; and a solvent.

摘要: The present invention relates to a fluorine-based polymer coating film, an optical substrate comprising same, and a method for manufacturing the optical substrate, and provides a fluorine-based polymer coating film which is formed from fluorine-based polymer nanoparticles coming in contact and being bound to each other, and which is coated on a substrate to improve infrared transmittance. The fluorine-based polymer coating film according to the present invention has improved infrared transmittance, and since the size of the fluorine-based polymer nanoparticles is controlled to control the ultraviolet-infrared transmittance, transmission wavelength selectivity can be improved.

摘要: A connecting composition and a scaling coating for wire or cable insulation is disclosed. The connecting composition comprising a PVDF copolymer and a solvent. The solvent comprises cyclic ketone, wherein the weight percent of PVDF copolymer is from 20 to 40 wt. %, preferably 20 to 35 wt. % based on the total weight of PVDF copolymer and solvent. The PVDF copolymer comprises one or more comonomers and at least 75 wt. % vinylidene fluoride units, preferable at least 80% vinylidene fluoride units and has a melt viscosity of 2 to 12, preferably 4 and 10 kPoise at 230° C. and 100 s−1.

摘要: An electrode comprising a space group Pna21 VOPO4 lattice, capable of electrochemical insertion and release of alkali metal ions, e.g., sodium ions. The VOPO4 lattice may be formed by solid phase synthesis of KVOPO4, milled with carbon particles to increase conductivity. A method of forming an electrode is provided, comprising milling a mixture of ammonium metavanadate, ammonium phosphate monobasic, and potassium carbonate; heating the milled mixture to a reaction temperature, and holding the reaction temperature until a solid phase synthesis of KVOPO4 occurs; milling the KVOPO4 together with conductive particles to form a conductive mixture of fine particles; and adding binder material to form a conductive cathode. A sodium ion battery is provided having a conductive NaVOPO4 cathode derived by replacement of potassium in KVOPO4, a sodium ion donor anode, and a sodium ion transport electrolyte. The VOPO4, preferably has a volume greater than 90 Å3 per VOPO4.

Side reactions that may be generated in the preparation of the positive electrode slurry can be suppressed while minimizing the loss of the positive electrode additive, so that the electrical properties of the electrodes manufactured using the same are improved.-
