    摘要: An axle housing assembly for a work vehicle is adapted to be mounted in the work vehicle, and includes an axle housing and a disc-shaped member. The axle housing has a recessed portion for press fitting on an end thereof. The recessed portion is opened to a vehicle outer side, the recessed portion having a constant inner diameter. The disc-shaped member is press-fitted into the recessed portion, an outer peripheral surface of the disc-shaped member having a single reference dimension. A first region of the outer peripheral surface is arranged on an inner side in a press fitting direction and processed at a first tight fit tolerance range with respect to the reference dimension. A second region of the outer peripheral surface is arranged outwards of the first region and processed at a second tight fit tolerance range less than the first tight fit tolerance range.

    摘要: A lightweight vehicle ladder for the recovery and traction of vehicles includes a central recessed portion (48) bordered by longitudinal strengthening ribs (56) and ramps (55) at either end. A plurality of traction members (52), each of which terminates in an upper tire engagement member (54) are disposed within the recessed portion and thereby somewhat protected from the ingress of mud during use in order that traction may be maintained. The underside and topside of the vehicle are formed with complementary shapes in order that a number of the ladders may be stacked one on top of the other to form a laminate of increased strength for application with particularly heavy vehicles.

Double row rolling elements (5) are arranged between the inner and outer raceway surfaces (10a, 4a).     摘要: In an automobile wheel, a disc flange of a wheel disc includes bent surface-side edge portions each having an arcuate shape and arranged concentrically with each other, and the bent surface-side edge portions extend from the surface-side end edge of a fitted straight annular portion to be bent radially inward and are dented to a back side of the outer end portions of the lateral edge portions of spokes. The thus configured automobile wheel can exhibit high strength and rigidity against a radial load, a bending load, and a torsional load because of the shape of the bent surface-side edge portions, thereby suppressing deformation of the disc flange caused while an automobile is running. Thus, it is possible to mitigate a stress concentration on a joined portion between the wheel disc and a wheel rim.

A heat-insulation rubber is pasted on all circumference surface of a portion of an outer circumference surface of a rim other than a bead seating portion where a bead portion of a tire closely contacts and a rim flange portion. The heat-insulation rubber suppresses any heat transfer from air in a tire air chamber and from the internal surface of the tire to the rim at the outer circumference surface of the rim which contacts the air in the tire air chamber.
