    摘要: A puncturing instrument includes a cylindrical main body case having a puncture aperture on a lower end side; a needle holder provided on a puncture aperture side inside the cylindrical main body case; a first elastic object for moving the needle holder to the puncture aperture side; and a second elastic object for pulling the needle holder back to an upper end side inside the cylindrical main body case, from a state in which the needle holder is moved to the puncture aperture side by the first elastic object. A rotator rotates around a rotation shaft fixed to the cylindrical main body case, and is coupled with a coupling portion of the needle holder on a first one of two sides of the rotator with the rotation shaft interposed therebetween and is coupled with the second elastic object on a second one of the two sides of the rotator.

In a method for measuring hemoglobin and a hemoglobin derivative, and a reagent composition, a measurement kit, an analysis device, and an analysis system used in the method, a sample solution containing a blood component is treated with a nonionic surfactant, an oxidizing agent, and a metal salt to denature hemoglobin in the sample solution to measure the hemoglobin, and thereafter the amount of a hemoglobin derivative in the sample is measured by an immunological method using an antibody specifically binding to a denatured site of the denatured hemoglobin derivative.

    摘要: The pharmaceutical injection device comprises a syringe mounting portion configured to mount thereon a syringe containing a drug, the syringe including at a front end side thereof an injection needle mounting portion on which an injection needle is mounted and a gasket at a rear end side thereof, a plunger operable to press the gasket in the syringe mounted on the syringe mounting portion toward the injection needle mounting portion, a motor operable to drive the plunger, an encoder operable to detect a rotation amount of the motor, and a controller connected to the encoder and operable to control a driving of the motor. The controller is operable to obtain a motor rotation amount that corresponds to a deformation amount of the gasket deformed by the plunger, and control a rotation of the motor at a time of injection of the drug in accordance with the motor rotation amount.

The time measurement component (22) measures a detection time, which is the length of time between the mounting of the biosensor (30) and the deposition of a sample on the biosensor (30). The controller (18) changes a set value for measuring the concentration of a specific component according to the detection time. Consequently, measurement accuracy can be improved regardless of the temperature of the biosensor (30).
