An apparatus and method for cleaning an oxide film using a direct current reverse polarity are provided. The apparatus for cleaning an oxide film formed on a workpiece may include a power supply configured to apply direct current power and to include a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal, the workpiece configured to be electrically connected to the negative electrode terminal to act as a negative electrode to which a current is applied, and a torch having a positive electrode, which is spaced apart from the oxide film by a predetermined distance and is electrically connected to the positive electrode terminal, the torch being installed to be movable relative to the workpiece. The oxide film formed on the workpiece may be removed by applying a reverse polarity direct current between the workpiece, serving as the negative electrode, and the positive electrode to generate an arc.

The system includes a multimodal fusion analyzer configured to analyze semantics of personal media having various forms based on a plurality of modalities and divide the personal media into media fragments which are the smallest units having semantics, a semantic-based intelligent retriever configured to store and retrieve the divided media fragments by considering the semantics, a personal media recommender configured to learn and analyze a profile of a user through modeling the user, and select and recommend a plurality of media fragments wanted by the user among the media fragments retrieved by the semantic-based intelligent retriever, and a personal media creator configured to create new personal media using the plurality of media fragments recommended by the personal media recommender according to a scenario input by the user.

The lighthouse lantern includes a power supply; a laser diode configured for receiving power from the power supply and irradiating laser in one direction; a phosphor-containing emitter positioned on a traveling line of the laser, wherein the emitter is configured for receiving the laser and emitting light; and a pair of reflective structures disposed symmetrically with respect to the phosphor-containing emitter, wherein each reflective structure has a reflective surface inclined in a direction away from the phosphor-containing emitter, wherein the reflective surfaces of the reflective structures are symmetrical with each other with respect to the phosphor-containing emitter. In accordance with the present disclosure, the lighthouse lantern may generate high output with low input power and thus has improved power efficiency, may suppress frequent failures near sea or seawater, and may reduce production costs.

Provided are a cell carrier for skin tissue regeneration using chitooligosaccharide and a method for producing the same. The cell carrier according to the present invention includes fish-derived collagen (FC), alginate (A), and chitooligosaccharide (COS1) of 1 to 3 kDa, and thus has excellent biocompatibility with dermal fibroblasts and has an excellent effect of being utilized as a cell carrier for skin tissue regeneration.
