摘要： A method for bonding two objects by means of the following two adhesives:(A) a moisture-inducible room temperature anion polymerization curing adhesive composed essentially of at least one anion polymerizable compound selected from the group consisting of an .alpha.-cyanoacrylate compound, and a 1,1-disubstituted diene compound;and(B) a room temperature self-curing adhesive containing from 0.05 to 50% by weight of an anion polymerization accelerator, said self-curing adhesive being selected from the group consisting of (1) a room temperature moisture-curing adhesive, (2) a room temperature curing two-part type epoxy resin adhesive, and (3) a room temperature curing synthetic resin aqueous emulsion adhesive, which comprises applying said two adhesives (A) and (B) at the bonding interface of the objects so that they do not contact each other and pressing the objects to each other to bring the two adhesives in contact with each other.

The vortex prevention device is used in combination with the double suction vertical pump which is installed in an open channel and has an upper suction opening and a lower suction opening. The vortex prevention device includes a plate member as a vortex prevention structure arranged above the upper suction opening. The plate member is arranged away from the upper suction opening such that a passage is formed between the plate member and the upper suction opening.

The plurality of fixing heaters includes a first fixing heater having first heat distribution characteristics that mainly heats a center portion of the fixing roller, and a second fixing heater having second heat distribution characteristics that mainly heats both end portion regions of the fixing roller.

摘要： A power recovery system is used for reducing the total energy consumption in a process such as an industrial treating process or a fluid refining process including the delivery of a fluid under a high pressure. The power recovery system includes a high-pressure pump for pressuring raw water, a reverse osmosis membrane cartridge for treating high-pressure water discharged from the high-pressure pump with a reverse osmosis membrane to produce treated water, a positive-displacement piston pump for pressuring raw water under the pressure of concentrated water which is discharged from the reverse osmosis membrane cartridge without being treated by the reverse osmosis membrane, and a power recovery pump turbine for boosting the pressurized raw water discharged from the positive-displacement piston pump and adding the boosted water to the high-pressure water discharged from the high-pressure pump. The power recovery pump turbine is actuated by pressurized water generated in the power recovery system.
