    摘要: A linear amplifier has an input signal controller for controlling the level of an input signal to a field-effect transistor (FET) using a DC gate current measured by a gate current detector arranged between a gate bias terminal and a drain bias terminal of the FET and a nonlinear resistor whose resistance can be varied corresponding to an inter-terminal voltage between the gate and the drain of the FET, in which the voltage at the gate of the FET is adjusted to a rate such that a particular drain current which has been determined just before the starting of burst signal transmission corresponding to the level of a power output of the linear amplifier is obtained, and is maintained for a given period of time.

    摘要: A small-sized antenna device is used for portable telephone equipment and is capable of preventing the receiving strength from being degraded due to a change in the application environment as well as the mounting thereof onto a small radio equipment case. The antenna device has a linear antenna for producing an electric current flux and a coil-shaped antenna for producing a magnetic current flux including a plurality of half-wavelength helical coils connected in series so as to have two adjacent coils coiled in opposite directions with respect to each other, and carries out polarization diversity. Degradation in the characteristics of both antennas due to differences in operational principle can be prevented from taking place simultaneously, resulting in realizing a good reception of a radiowave. In addition, the antenna axes of both antennas can be disposed in parallel and close to each other, thus miniaturizing the device itself.

    摘要: A radio frequency power amplifier includes a transistor and amplifies a radio frequency signal of a first frequency; an input matching circuit connected to an input terminal of the transistor; and an output matching circuit connected to an output terminal of the transistor. A reactance control circuit includes one end connected to the output terminal of the transistor, and the other end connected to an input terminal of an output matching circuit and a bias terminal. The reactance control circuit has a reactance which resonates at a second frequency with a parasitic capacitance of the transistor at the output terminal of the transistor, and the second frequency is identical or close to the first frequency.

    摘要: A dielectric filter includes resonator electrodes, an inter-stage coupling capacitor electrode, and an input/output coupling capacitor electrode on dielectric substrates, respectively. The resonator electrodes are electro-magnetically coupled to each other to form a tri-plate structure, are made of a metallic foil embedded in a resonator dielectric substrate. Another dielectric filter includes an upper shield electrode dielectric substrate, an inter-stage coupling capacitor dielectric substrate, a resonator dielectric substrate, and an input/output coupling capacitor dielectric substrate which are made of a composite dielectric material including a high-dielectric-constant material and a low-dielectric-constant material. The above described arrangement provides the dielectric filter with an improved Q factor of a resonator, a low loss, and a high attenuation.

By this constitution of the above dielectric laminated device, the mounting reliability of the dielectric laminated device can be further increased.
