摘要: An impact dot-matrix printer having a print head which includes a piezoelectric element and a print element such as a print wire activated by the piezoelectric element, wherein the print head is movable between a printing area and a non-printing area of the printer. A pressure detector is provided for detecting a printing pressure of the print element. The detector includes a pressure-sensitive element which is disposed in a predetermined position in the non-printing area, in which the print element is operable to act on the pressure-sensitive element. A voltage controller connected to the pressure detector and the piezoelectric element is provided for controlling a voltage applied to the piezoelectric element, based on an output of the pressure detector, such that the printing pressure coincides with a predetermined value. Since the printing pressure is varied with a temperature of the piezoelectric element, the voltage may be controlled based on the temperature of the piezoelectric element detected by a temperature sensor.

摘要: An image writing device includes an exposure unit including an exposure head, writing an image onto an image bearing surface of a photoconductor by causing the exposure head to repeatedly expose; and a write control unit transmitting image data to be written by the exposure unit to the exposure unit on a one-line basis. Further the write control unit generates a write cycle reference signal having a cycle corresponding to writing resolution, counts a clock by a predetermined count value, generates a write cycle signal by delaying the write cycle reference signal by a time period, generates a data request signal to request transmission of one line of the image data to a controller unit based on the write cycle signal, and stores the one line of the image data transmitted from the controller unit.

摘要: A load drive control device includes a driver that drives a load which is operable by a DC drive and a pulse modulation drive, a protecting section that detects an electric current flowing in the driver, a temperature detecting section that detects a high temperature state of the driver, and a control section that determines whether the load is operated by the DC drive or the pulse modulation drive, based on outputs from the protecting section and the temperature detecting section. The control section switches the driver in the DC drive and measures the electric current flowing in the driver when a temperature equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature is detected during the pulse modulation drive.

摘要: In a Cu—Bi based sintered alloy, to which hard particles, such as Fe3P, are added, the main constituent components of the microstructure are a Cu matrix, Bi phase and the hard particles. In the sintering method of the present invention, the flow of the Bi phase is suppressed to as low level as possible. The novel structure is that the contact between the Bi phase and hard particles is kept to a low ratio. A lead-free bearing used for a fuel injection pump according to the present invention contains from 1 to 30 mass % of Bi and from 0.1 to 10 mass % of hard particles having from 10 to 50 μm of the average particle diameter, the balance being Cu and unavoidable impurities. The properties of the main component phases are utilized at a high level such that the sliding properties are equivalent to those of a Pb containing Cu-based sintered alloy.
