摘要: A computer hardware system includes a video analyzer configured to assist in a presentation of at least a portion of a video to a plurality of participants by a presenter on a presenter client and a hardware processor configured to perform the following executable operations. The video is analyzed to generate a plurality of segments. Presenter data is captured during the presentation, and presenter intent is determined based upon the presenter data. Based upon the presenter intent, forward-looking controls are presented only to the presenter client. One of the plurality of segments is identified using at least one of the presenter intent and the forward-looking controls. The identified one segment is presented to the plurality of participants.

摘要: A computer-implemented method, system and computer program product for selectively recording metaverse collaboration content. Contextual boundaries to perform selective recording in a collaborative environment of a metaverse are received from a user. Contextual boundaries refer to designations in the collaborative environment, including participants and collaboration content being shared, based on the context of the collaborative environment. In addition to receiving contextual boundaries, a workflow sequence, which defines portions of the contextual boundaries to record, is received from the user. A workflow sequence refers to the order of the selective recording in the collaborative environment of the metaverse. Metaverse collaboration content in the collaborative environment is then recorded using a recording node sequence based on the workflow sequence. A second collaborative environment of the metaverse may then be created based on the recorded metaverse collaboration content. In this manner, user-designated metaverse collaboration content in the metaverse may be selectively recorded.

摘要: Within a replacement gate structure, there a first channel cell that includes one or more first channels that are associated with a first transistor device (e.g., a nFET transistor) and a second channel cell that includes one or more second channels that are associated with a second transistor device (e.g., a pFET transistor). A first work function (WF) gate is around the one or more first channels and a second WF gate is around the one or more second channels. In alternative implementations, the replacement gate structure may include separate instances of a replacement gate upon the first WF gate and upon the second WF gate or a shared replacement gate upon both the first WF gate and upon the second WF gate. A gate contact may contact the shared replacement gate or may contact both instances of the replacement gate.

The backside power islands are present in a first device track and a second device track. Each backside power island located in the first device track and the second device track are isolated by a first cut region, and the backside power islands that are located in the first device track are separated from the backside power islands located in the second device track by a second cut region. The second cut region is oriented perpendicular to the first cut region.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention include a method for fabricating a semiconductor device and the resulting structure. First and second FETs are formed. A top surface of the semiconductor structure is bonded to a carrier wafer. The semiconductor structure is flipped. A MIM capacitor plane comprising first and second metal layers is formed. An ILD layer is formed on the MIM capacitor plane. A first trench is formed within the MIM capacitor plane and the ILD layer. Exposed portions of the first metal layer are recessed within the first trench. A second trench is formed within the MIM capacitor plane and the ILD layer. Exposed portions of the second metal layer are recessed. Dielectric spacers are formed in the recesses. A first backside contact is formed in the first trench and a second backside contact is formed in the second trench.

The present invention may include receiving one or more 3D non-eye landmarks of a user; receiving at least one voice audio of the user; using random noise sampled with a unit normal distribution as one or more noised 3D eye landmarks for the user; inputting the received one or more 3D non-eye landmarks of the user, the at least one voice audio of the user, and the one or more noised 3D eye landmarks for the user, into a trained eye landmark generative model; generating one or more 3D eye landmarks for the user using the trained eye landmark generative model; performing iterative refinement of the one or more generated 3D eye landmarks using the trained eye landmark generative model; and rendering the user's generated face model using a formed 3D face mesh.

The present invention may include receiving, at a microphone, a source audio; creating a received audio; calculating, by a generative model, a voice propagation distance of a user based on the source audio, the received audio, and a templated text sentence describing a category of a mixed reality environment experienced by the user; drawing a virtual circle within the mixed reality environment centered on a user avatar representing the user and with a radius equal to the voice propagation distance; and transmitting the source audio to one or more participants within the mixed-reality environment represented by one or more participant avatars located within the virtual circle.
