A semiconductor device and a method of fabricating a semiconductor device. The semiconductor device includes an interlayer insulation layer pattern, a metal wire pattern exposed by a passage formed by a via hole formed in the interlayer insulation layer pattern to input and output an electrical signal, and a plated layer pattern directly contacting the metal wire pattern and filling the via hole. The method includes forming an interlayer insulation layer having a metal wire pattern to input and output an electrical signal formed therein, forming a via hole to define a passage that extends through the interlayer insulation layer until at least a part of the metal wire pattern is exposed, and forming a plated layer pattern to fill the via hole and to directly contact the metal wire pattern by using the metal wire pattern exposed through the via hole as a seed metal layer.

According to the invention, in order to provide profile information for serving a user to a service provider at a place other than a home, a user device, an external device, an authentication server and a profile server are provided and interconnected through a network such as the Internet. Accordingly, the service provider can provide the best services to users, and users can be provided with services that are the same as those provided at home.

A liquid crystal lens panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate and a liquid crystal layer. The first substrate includes a common electrode. The second substrate includes a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes facing the common electrode. The liquid crystal layer is disposed between the first and second substrates and includes first and second liquid crystal molecules. The first liquid crystal molecules are aligned at a first pretilt angle with respect to the first substrate. The first liquid crystal molecules are adjacent to the first substrate. The second liquid crystal molecules are aligned at a second pretilt angle with respect to the second substrate. The second liquid crystal molecules are adjacent to the second substrate.

A domino logic circuit includes a plurality of domino logic stages connected in series between a latch and a flip-flop and a clock signal generator generating a clock signal having a first duty cycle and a flip-flop clock signal having a second duty cycle. The latch and the domino logic stages respectively operate in response to a domino clock signals derived from the first clock signal. The flip-flop operates in response to the flip-flop clock signal.

The present invention relates to a polypeptide derived from a highly conserved region (HCR) I-III of an extracellular region of a CD99 and CD99 family such as CD99L2 and PBDX(or XG), which are a kind of transmembrane protein, or a fused protein thereof. The polypeptide or the fused protein thereof has an activating function of inhibiting the extravasation of white blood cells, or inhibiting the growth and/or metastasis of cancer cells. The present invention also provides a polynucleotide coding the polypeptide, a vector including same, and a transformant transformed by the vector. In addition, the present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition including the polypeptide or the fused protein thereof for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases. Further, the present invention provides a is pharmaceutical composition including the polypeptide or the fused protein thereof inhibiting the growth and/or metastasis of cancer cells, i.e., a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer.

The oligonucleotide polymerization method of the present invention is advantageous in that an oligonucleotide with a small molecular weight can be easily polymerized into high-molecular weight oligonucleotides. Further, the high-molecular oligonucleotide prepared by the method of the present invention can bind to hydrophilic high-molecular materials or inorganic materials, and then can be stably delivered to a living body. Therefore, the high-molecular oligonucleotide prepared by the method of the present invention can be widely used for treating various diseases.
