摘要: A leadframe and a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device make it possible to manufacture easily and efficiently such small-size semiconductor devices as have many leads but rarely suffer from short circuits between the leads when mounted on a circuit board. To achieve this, in a leadframe having a plurality of leads, an island for mounting a semiconductor chip, and a tie-bar for joining the leads together, the leads are given bends at their intermediate positions so that the pitch with which they are arranged is greater in a region farther from the island than in a region closer thereto, and the tie-bar is formed between those bends and the island. After the semiconductor chip mounted on the island, together with the portion surrounding it, is sealed in in a resin mold, those portions of the tie-bar which come between the leads are removed by cutting them apart parallel to the side edges of the leads. A projection is formed in a side edge of the island, and this projection is pressed against the stage during wire-bonding.

摘要: A varifocal mechanical correction mechanism for a lens barrel for a camera, wherein the mechanism drives a lens with a pair of cam rings for carrying out zooming and focusing functions. One of the cam rings is caused to linearly move in and out along an optical axis by a feed screw. The feed screw that has a shank portion outside a normal feed range and on a non-threaded portion of a shaft.

摘要: An automatic focusing apparatus includes a telephotographic system and a line sensor comprising multiple light receiving devices which receive light of an object image formed by the telephotographic system, multiple monitor sensors positioned adjacent to said line sensor, which monitor a quantity of light received by the line sensor, and a focus detecting device which controls a light receiving time of the light receiving devices in accordance with the monitor sensors, and detects a focusing state based on outputs of respective light receiving devices. When the focus detecting device fails to detect an effective focusing state, the light receiving time of the line sensor is controlled only by the monitor sensor positioned at a center.

摘要: A battery chamber has a battery storage portion for storing an elongated battery, a battery contact spring member which is disposed at one end of the battery storage portion to contact the electrode of the battery, and first and second press-down members which are disposed at least at one side of the battery storage portion to extend toward the battery side and to press down and hold the outer surface of the battery, and are separated by a predetermined interval, so that the first press-down member is located at the battery contact spring member side. The second press-down member is formed with a slanted portion at an edge on the first press-down member side. A reverse voltage prevention mechanism for a battery according to this invention has a battery contact piece member which is arranged in a battery chamber and is formed with bent portions on the two edges of a plus-end battery contact piece, and an insulating member which is formed with opening portions for receiving the bent portions of the battery contact piece member.

摘要: Bus clock generation circuits divide an output of an oscillation circuit with respect to frequency and output phase state signals. A synchronization circuit judges a setup condition on a second bus on the basis of the phase state signals and, when judging the satisfied setup condition, outputs a shift request signal to a CLK2 generation circuit. This causes the CLK2 generation circuit to change a phase of a clock CLK2 in such a manner that data transmission ends always within one period of the clock CLK2, thus a reducing synchronization overhead.
