The transmittal right control device is connected to the terminal, and manages the connection status of the switch unit, receives from the communication devices requests for time for communication with other communication devices, determines assignment of time for communications between the communication devices, notifies the communication devices of the assignment, and instructs the switch control unit not to make signals interfere among the communication devices in different combinations for communications in the same time period.

摘要： To provide a capacitor capable of utilizing carbon nanotube characteristics effectively to obtain excellent electric or mechanical characteristics, and a method of manufacturing the same. The capacitor is characterized by including two opposing electrodes, at least one of the two electrodes being formed from a coating film of a carbon nanotube structure in which plural carbon nanotubes with functional groups bonded constitute a mesh structure by cross-linking the functional groups through chemical bonding. The method of manufacturing a capacitor includes: a coating step for coating a surface of a base body with a solution that contains plural carbon nanotubes with functional groups bonded; and a cross-linking step for forming a carbon nanotube structure layer in which the functional groups are chemically bonded to one another, thereby causing the carbon nanotubes to cross-link to one another and build a mesh structure.

摘要： The invention is directed to correcting of a lower end level of a suction nozzle during manufacturing running based on the lower end level of the suction nozzle measured after a mounting operation. An electronic component mounting apparatus for picking electronic components up from component feeding units by suction nozzles and mounting the electronic component on a printed board is provided with a line sensor unit for measuring a lower end level of the suction nozzle after a component mounting operation on a printed board. A CPU calculates a descending amount of the suction nozzle at a pickup station and a mounting station based on a value measured by the line sensor unit, and rotates a stroke motor to move a moving body to a position where the suction nozzle can descend by the amount. Therefore, the electronic component can be picked up and mounted on the printed board properly even if the suction nozzle is worn with time.

摘要： An electronic imaging system includes a CCD image sensor arrangement having a two dimensional array of pixels. The pixel array converts light incident thereon to an electric signal. The pixels are arranged in a plurality of horizontal rows or lines, the lines being arranged vertically. A control arrangement selectively controls operational modes of the system. One mode provides for sequential scan reading out of pixel signals for entire lines of the CCD for still picture recording. Another mode provides for reading out pixel signals concerning k (k is a positive integer) vertically continuous lines of the CCD for still picture recording or dynamic image processing. Thus it is possible to provide a high pixel density solid-state image sensor output at a high frame rate without use of any high drive frequency.

摘要： To provide a wire excellent in electrical characteristics or in mechanical characteristics. A wire is constructed at least by a carbon nanotube structure layer (1) in which plural carbon nanotubes mutually cross-link to configure a mesh structure on the surface of a substrate (2). A method of manufacturing the wire includes: an applying step of applying to the surface of the substrate (2) a liquid solution containing a carbon nanotube having a functional group; and a step of curing the liquid solution after the application. An electromagnet scarcely causing a loss is formed using the wire.
