摘要： A binarizer binarizes a video signal VD1 inputted from an A/D converter and a video signal VD2 outputted from a line memory using an average luminance value LU fed from a detection window video signal processor as a threshold value, to output a binary pattern BI. A reference pattern generator generates a plurality of reference patterns RA. A first pattern matching angle detector compares the binary pattern BI with each of the plurality of reference patterns RA, to output the angle of the reference pattern RA which matches with the binary pattern BI as angle information PA. A detected isolation point remover 4 outputs angle signal AN when the angle information PA has continuity.

摘要： A wiring pattern inspection apparatus for inspecting an abnormality of a wiring pattern formed on a printed circuit board, which is equipped with an optical image pickup device for optically illuminating a surface of the printed circuit board including the wiring pattern to photoelectrically convert optical information of the printed circuit board surface due to the optical illumination into a grey level image. This grey level image is converted into a bi-level image which separates the grey level image into the wiring pattern side and a background side of the wiring pattern. Thereafter, the bi-level image is once contracted by a first size and then expanded by a second size so as to eliminate a micro conductive portion left on the printed circuit board or a micro pinhole which can be disregarded in the abnormality inspection, thereby preventing the excessive detection.

摘要： A numerical control method is provided, which is capable of uninterruptedly conducting control, at high speed, in accordance with various kinds of NC program. Command information stated in each of blocks of the NC program is read out and decoded by a first sub-CPU to prepare an intermediate data which is to be stored in a first shared RAM. This intermediate data is converted into data of execute form by a second sub-CPU and is stored in a second shared RAM. Preparatory processings for two blocks, each starting from the reading operation of the command information and ending at the preparation of the execute form data, are conducted simultaneously, so that a time period required for execution of each preparatory processing is shortened in apperance, to thereby prevent interruption of the numerical control due to a delay in the preparatory processing.

摘要： A numerical control unit grips a bar-shaped workpiece (18) at two points longitudinally of the workpiece by gripping members (16, 17), and rotates the gripping members synchronously by respective spindle motors (14, 15). The workpiece is subjected to turning machining by a cutter (25) while the gripping members are being synchronously rotated, and an end face of the workpiece is thereafter subjected to separate machining. The unit synchronously controls a first axis along which the first spindle motor (14) is moved in the horizontal direction and a second axis along which the second spindle motor (15) is moved in the horizontal direction in accordance with numerical information regarding the first axis in response to a synchronous control command. The first and second axes are controlled in accordance with numerical information regarding each of the first and second axes in response to an independent control command.
