Disclosed are a method for forming an organic layer pattern which is characterized by forming a thin layer by coating a coating solution including a polyimide-based polymer having a heteroaromatic pendant group including a heteroatom in its polyimide major chain, a photoinitiator and a crosslinking agent on a substrate and drying the substrate, and exposing and developing the thin layer, an organic layer pattern prepared by the method, and an organic memory device comprising the pattern. According to example embodiments, a high-resolution micropattern may be formed without undergoing any expensive process, e.g., photoresist, leading to simplification of the preparation process and cost reduction.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing molten iron. The present invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing molten iron including a charge container receiving the supply of reducing material in which hot fine direct reduced iron from multiple fluidized-bed reactors are mixed; at least one pair of roller presses to which the fine direct reduced iron is supplied to undergo roll pressing, thereby producing continuous compacted material having lumped portions adjacent to each other; a crusher crushing the compacted material produced by the roller presses; and a melter-gasifier to which is charged crushed compacted material that is crushed by the crusher. Each of the pair of roller presses include pressed portions and protruded lines formed between the pressed portions. The pressed portions include first and second pressed portions opposing each other and first and second concave surfaces continuously formed on the first and second pressed portions along an axial direction of the at least one pair of roller presses, respectively. When viewed from a direction perpendicular to a plane centered between the first and the second pressed portions: (i) the first and second concave surfaces partially overlap each other, and (ii) the protruded lines are unaligned on the opposing first and second pressed portions.
Abstract:
When a metal layer formed by reaction of a metal source and an oxygen (O2) source is deposited, oxidization of a conductive layer disposed under or on the metal layer can be reduced and/or prevented by a method of forming the metal layer and a method of fabricating a capacitor using the same. Between forming the conductive layer and the metal layer, and between forming the metal layer and the conductive layer, a cycle of supplying a metal source, purging, supplying an oxygen source, purging, plasma processing of reduction gas and purging is repeated at least once. In this case, the metal layer is formed by repeating a cycle of supplying a metal source, purging, supplying an oxygen source and purging.

A method of detecting defects in an image sensor that may occur from a floating diffusion area of the image sensor, a tester using the method, and a control signal generator using the method include a photo diode generating charges corresponding to an image signal; a transmission transistor having a first terminal connected to a the photodiode and a second terminal connected to a floating diffusion area, thereby transmitting the charges generated in the photo diode to the floating diffusion area in response to a charge transmission control signal; and a reset transistor having a first terminal applied by a reset voltage and a second transistor connected to the floating diffusion area, thereby transmitting the reset voltage to the floating diffusion area in response to a reset control signal. The reset transistor is turned on during at least one sampling zone selected between reset level sampling and signal level sampling that are performed with respect to the image sensor.

A resistive memory device having a resistor part for controlling a switching window. The resistive memory device of this disclosure can control a switching window to assure operational reliability thereof. In addition, since the memory device is realized by additionally providing only the resistor part for controlling a switching window to various resistive memory devices, it can be easily fabricated and applied to all current and voltage driving type resistive devices.
Abstract:
A method for fabrication of a multilayered encapsulation thin film having optical functionality and a multilayered encapsulation thin film fabricated thereof includes a reactive or a non-reactive PVD process using a physical vapor deposition device containing multiple targets in a vacuum chamber is conducted or the above processes are alternately conducted such that the multilayered encapsulation thin film consisting of multiple layers with different densities and refractive indexes may be easily fabricated. In addition, the multilayered encapsulation thin film fabricated by the same has superior ability for inhibiting moisture and/or oxygen penetration sufficient to be used as an encapsulation material, controls a refractive index distribution for multiple layers in fabrication of a multilayered thin film so as to function as an anti-reflection film, and improves light output of a device.
