    摘要: When a first wiring and/or a second wiring is formed, a connection portion is formed in the first wiring and/or the second wiring which covers a part of a lower electrode layer outside the memory cell array. An etching suppressing portion is formed above the connection portion. A contact hole is formed in which a portion under the etching suppressing portion reaches up to a connection potion, and the other portion reaches up to the lower electrode layer by performing etching to a laminated body in a range including the etching suppressing portion. The laminated body includes the insulating layer, the first wiring, a memory cell layer, the second wiring, and the etching suppressing portion. The contact layer is formed by burying a conductive material in the contact hole.

A second insulator is provided on the first insulator and covers side surfaces of the memory cell, the barrier layer, and the conductive layer. A second wiring layer is provided on the conductive layer and extends in a second direction.

The heating fixing roller has a surface resistance capable of stably and effectively preventing the occurrence of electrostatic offsets, and also has an excellent releasing property. Also provided is a process for producing the heating fixing roller, characterized by including the steps of applying a fluororesin dispersion containing an aqueous dispersion of phosphorus-doped tin oxide onto a tubular base member or an adhesive layer disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the tubular base member, and then sintering the fluororesin.

The method for producing a roller for OA equipment, the roller including a fluororesin layer provided on an outer circumferential surface of a tubular base either directly or with an intermediate layer therebetween, includes the steps of preparing a fluororesin coating material containing a tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkylvinylether copolymer (PFA) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) in a ratio of 99:1 to 50:50 (mass ratio); applying the fluororesin coating material onto an outer circumferential surface of a tubular base either directly or with an intermediate layer therebetween; baking the fluororesin coating material at a temperature of 340° C. or higher to form a fluororesin layer; and after baking, cooling the fluororesin layer at a cooling rate of 20° C./min or less.

    摘要: In a connector for connecting a coaxial cable having a center conductor and an outer conductor, a relay contact is connected between the outer conductor and a ground contact held by a housing. A signal contact is held by the housing and adapted to be connected to the center conductor. The relay contact includes a soldering portion and a connected portion coupled to the soldering portion. The soldering portion has a generally L-shaped section to define a recessed part and is soldered to the outer conductor in the state where the coaxial cable is received in the recessed part. The connected portion is adapted to be connected to the ground contact.
