    摘要: A driving circuit (30) includes an oscillation circuit (32). An input terminal of the oscillation circuit (32) is connected to a feedback piezoelectric element (16a) of a vibratory gyroscope (10). The oscillation circuit (32) is designed to amplify a feedback signal from the feedback piezoelectric element (16a). An output terminal of the oscillation circuit (32) is connected to a first input terminal of an AGC circuit (42), via a phase-shifting circuit (36) for adjusting a phase. The feedback piezoelectric element (16a) is connected to a second input terminal of the AGC circuit (42). An output terminal of the AGC circuit (42) is connected to driving and detecting piezoelectric elements (16b) and (16c). The AGC circuit (42). is designed to suppress the voltage of the driving signal to the driving and detecting piezoelectric elements (16b) and (16c), in response to the voltage of the feedback signal from the feedback piezoelectric element (16a).

    摘要: The vibrating gyroscope includes, for example, a regular triangular prism-shaped vibrating body. The vibrating body is formed with a material which generally generates mechanical vibration such as elinver, ceramics. The piezoelectric elements are respectively formed to the three sidefaces of the vibrating body. An oscillation circuit is connected between the two piezoelectric elements and the other piezoelectric element. Further, two U-shape supporting members made of metal wire are fixed to the ridge-line portions of the vicinity of the nodal points of the vibrating body. The both ends of the two supporting members are fixed to the rectangular-shaped supporting body. The supporting body has a cutting portion piercing through it from its one surface to the other or a groove portion as a suppressing means for suppressing the interference of vibrations between the fixing points of the ends of one supporting member and those of the other supporting member.

The oscillation circuit unit functions as a closed loop self oscillation circuit with the oscillator as a resonant element, and includes a CV conversion circuit converting a monitor signal based on electrostatic capacitance according to an oscillating state of oscillator into a monitor signal based on a voltage corresponding to an amount in change of the electrostatic capacitance, and an automatic gain control circuit controlling gain based on the monitor signal converted at the CV conversion circuit to generate a driving signal, and supplying the driving signal to the oscillator. The CV conversion circuit includes an amplifier that amplifies a monitor signal with an amplification factor for a predetermined period after power activation.

    摘要: Disclosed is a halogen- and phosphorus-free flame-retardant adhesive resin composition which can be used in heat contact bonding of adherends at or below 250° C. and is excellent in heat resistance, solder heat resistance after moisture absorption, and processability. Also disclosed is an adhesive film produced from said composition. The flame-retardant adhesive resin composition comprises 65-98% by weight of a silicone unit-containing polyimide resin and 2-35% by weight of an epoxy resin having an acenaphthylene-substituted naphthalene skeleton. The adhesive film produced from the flame-retardant adhesive resin composition is suitable as an adhesive for a laminate for a multiplayer printed circuit board substrate, an adhesive for a hybrid circuit board substrate, and an adhesive for a coverlay film.
