摘要: The present disclosure generally provides low-temperature nitrogen oxides (NOx) adsorbers used in the treatment of a NOx-containing exhaust gas stream and to methods of preparing and using the same. In particular, the NOx adsorber composition includes an active metal and a metal oxide support, wherein the metal oxide support includes greater than 50% by weight ceria based on the total weight of the NOx adsorber composition, and wherein the active metal includes about 0.01% to about 5% by weight ruthenium based on the total weight of the NOx adsorber composition.

摘要: The present invention provides an oxidation catalyst composition suitable for at least partial conversion of gaseous hydrocarbon emissions, e.g., methane. The oxidation catalyst composition includes at least one platinum group metal (PGM) component supported onto a porous zirconia-containing material that provides an effect on hydrocarbon conversion activity. The porous zirconia-containing material is at least 90% by weight in the monoclinic phase. Furthermore, the PGM component can comprise at least one platinum group metal in the form of colloidally deposited nanoparticles. The oxidation catalyst composition can be used in the treatment of emissions from lean compressed natural gas engines.

摘要: An oxidation catalyst composite, methods, and systems for the treatment of exhaust gas emissions from a diesel engine are described. More particularly, described is an oxidation catalyst composite including a first oxidation component comprising a first refractory metal oxide support, palladium (Pd) and platinum (Pt); a NOx storage component comprising one or more of alumina, silica, titania, ceria, or manganese; and a second oxidation component comprising a second refractory metal oxide, a zeolite, and Pt. The oxidation catalyst composite is sulfur tolerant, adsorbs NOx and thermally releases the stored NOx at temperature less than 350° C.

摘要: A nitrous oxide (N2O) removal catalyst composite is provided, comprising a N2O removal catalytic material on a substrate, the catalytic material comprising a rhodium (Rh) component supported on a ceria-based support, wherein the catalyst composite has a H2-consumption peak of about 100° C. or less as measured by hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction (H2-TPR). Methods of making and using the same are also provided.

摘要: Described are catalyst compositions, catalytic articles, exhaust gas treatment systems and methods that utilize the catalytic articles. The catalyst composition comprises a washcoat including a zeolite, refractory metal oxide support particles, and a platinum group metal supported on the refractory metal oxide support particles. Greater than 90% of the refractory metal oxide particles supporting PGM have a particle size greater than 1 μm and a d50 less than 40 microns.
