    摘要: An aluminum nitride powder having the surface treated with an organosilane represented by formula, R.sup.I.sub.a R.sup.II.sub.b SiY.sub.4-1-b, and/or a partial hydrolysis condensate thereof to acquire excellent moisture-proof, wherein R.sup.I represents a 6-20C alkyl group or a group formed by substituting halogen atom or atoms for part or all of the hydrogen atoms attached to carbon atoms of the 6-20C alkyl group, R.sup.II represents a 1-20C hydrocarbon group or a group formed by substituting halogen atom or atoms for part or all of the hydrogen atoms attached to carbon atoms of the 1-20C hydrocarbon group, Y represents a hydrolyzable group, a is an integer of 1 to 3 and b is an integer of 0 to 2, provided that a+b is an integer of 1 to 3; and a thermally conductive grease composition comprising (A) 50-95 weight % of the aforementioned surface-treated aluminum nitride powder and (B) 5 to 50 weight % of at least one base oil selected from the group consisting of liquid silicones, liquid hydrocarbons and fluorohydrocarbon oils, and further, if desired, (C) 0-30 weight % of a thicknener selected from the group consisting of zinc oxide, alumina, boron nitride and silicon carbide powders.

    摘要: A silicone polymer, a paste-like silicone composition prepared by kneading the silicone polymer and a silicone oil under a shearing force, and a water-in-oil type cosmetic composition comprising the paste-like silicone composition as an oil phase component are disclosed. The silicone polymer is prepared by the addition polymerization of components comprising an organohydrogenpolysiloxane R.sup.1.sub.a R.sup.2.sub.b H.sub.c SiO.sub.(4-a-b-c)/2 (1) or R.sup.1.sub.f H.sub.g SiO.sub.(4-f-g)/2 (2) and a polyoxyalkylene C.sub.m H.sub.2m-1 O(C.sub.2 H.sub.4 O).sub.h (C.sub.3 H.sub.6 O).sub.i C.sub.m H.sub.2m-l (A) or an organopolysiloxane R.sup.1.sub.j R.sup.4.sub.k SiO.sub.(4-j-k)/2 (B) the components, including (1) or (A) as an essential component. The silicone polymer can swell in silicone oils and function as a viscosity increasing agent for silicone oils.

    摘要: The invention provides a method for imparting releasability to the surface of a plastic film or paper by coating the surface with an organopolysiloxane composition followed by curing, in which the curing is complete by heating at a relatively low temperature and the cured surface film of the composition is very stable and free from the problem of transfer to another body in contact therewith. The composition comprises a vinyl-containing organopolysiloxane, an organohydrogenpolysiloxane and a platinum compound to catalyze the addition reaction between the silicon-bonded vinyl groups and silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms. Different from conventional organohydrogenpolysiloxane having a linear molecular structure, the organohydrogenpolysiloxane used in the invention is represented by the general unit formula (RSiO.sub.1.5).sub.m (RHSiO.sub.0.5).sub.n, in which R is a monovalent hydrocarbon group free form unsaturation and m and n are each a positive integer with the proviso that the ratio of n/m is from 0.1 to 3.0, or a combination thereof with a linear organohydrogenpolysiloxane.
