    Abstract: Methods for manufacturing a display device are provided. A representative method includes: providing a thin film transistor (TFT) substrate having a plurality of sub-pixel locations and a plurality of TFTs corresponding to the plurality of sub-pixel locations; providing a carrier substrate supporting a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs), wherein each of the plurality of LEDs has a first electrical contact and a second electrical contact; transferring the plurality of LEDs from the carrier substrate to the TFT substrate, with at least two of the plurality of LEDs being disposed at one of the plurality of sub-pixel locations; and fixing positions of the plurality of LEDs with respect to the TFT substrate. The method also may include: determining that a first LED of the plurality of LEDs is defective; and electrically isolating the first electrical contact of first LED from a first electrode of the display device.

    Abstract: A touch device is provided, including a first substrate and a circuit substrate. The first substrate includes a touch sensing structure and a plurality of first electrodes. The touch sensing structure is disposed on the first substrate. The first electrodes are arranged along a first direction. The first electrodes are disposed on the first substrate and electrically connected to the touch sensing structure, a first gap is formed between two adjacent first electrodes, and a minimum distance between the two adjacent first electrodes is a gap distance. The circuit substrate is partially overlapping the substrate in a vertical projection direction, the circuit substrate including a plurality of second electrodes corresponding to the first electrodes. One of the two adjacent first electrodes has a first electrode side edge facing the first gap. One of the second electrodes has a second electrode side edge located in the first gap.

    Abstract: A touch display device includes: a second substrate disposed corresponding to a first substrate; a pixel array structure disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate; and a color filter structure disposed between the pixel array structure and the second substrate. Herein, the pixel array structure includes: a scan line extending along a first direction; a data line extending along a second direction, wherein the scan line and the data line are crossed; and a first touch signal line extending along the second direction and overlapping with the data line. The color filter structure includes: a first red unit, a first green unit and a first blue unit arranged along the first direction; and the first touch signal line locates between the first red unit and the first green unit or locates between the first green unit and the first blue unit.

    Abstract: A display apparatus is provided. The display apparatus includes a substrate, a transistor, a metal layer, and a light-emitting diode. The transistor is disposed on the substrate.     Abstract: A plurality of first touch patterns of a touch substrate are disposed separately and disposed on the substrate along a first direction. A plurality of second touch patterns are separated from each other and disposed on the substrate along a second direction and interlace with the first touch patterns.
