    摘要: An anisotropic light-diffusing film, an anisotropic light-diffusing laminate, and an anisotropic light-reflecting laminate are provided which are excellent in both light transmittance and diffusivity. Also provided are a lighting equipment and a display device which employ any of the film and laminates and are excellent in light-diffusivity and brightness and in economy, etc. The anisotropic light-diffusing film is a film formed by melt-extruding a mixture of at least two thermoplastic resins incompatible with each other. The film has parallel light ray transmittance of 20-85%, haze of 10-80%, glossiness of 10-70%, and ratio of the vertical-direction diffusivity to the horizontal-direction diffusivity of transmitted light of 1.3-6.0. The anisotropic light-reflecting laminate comprises a light reflector and the anisotropic light-diffusing film laminated over at least one surface of the reflector. In the laminate, diffusivity ratio, reflectivity and diffusivity of reflected light satisfy respective specific ranges.

    摘要: The present invention is a process for producing a polyester-polycarbonate type thermoplastic polyester elastomer in which a hard segment consisting of a polyester constructed of aromatic dicarboxylic acid, and an aliphatic or alicyclic diol, and a soft segment consisting mainly of aliphatic polycarbonate are connected, comprising at least a step of increasing the molecular weight of an aliphatic polycarbonate diol by a reaction of an aliphatic polycarbonate diol and a chain extender, and a step of reacting aliphatic polycarbonate and a polyester constructed of aromatic dicarboxylic acid and an aliphatic or alicyclic diol in the molten state.

The polyester contains a polyester-insoluble, aluminum-containing insoluble particle in an amount of 1000 ppm or less as quantified by the method disclosed in the description, and contains an acid terminal group at a ratio of 10 to 50 eq/ton. The polyester can provide a highly transparent molded article produced through drawing (e.g., a film or hollow molded article) and is useful in the fields of highly transparent optical films, ultra-highly transparent molded articles or the like.

According to the present invention, the polyester film shows superior sliding property and superior scratch resistance during can production, as well as the elution of oligomer from the film can be suppressed, so that when the film is used for metal containers for food, the change in taste and smell of the food contained therein and degraded appearance of the surface of the film caused by the deposition of oligomer are avoided.

A method for producing such a layered polyamide film includes the step of applying an aqueous dispersion of the graft copolymer of the polyester and the acrylic polymer to at least one surface of the polyamide substrate to form an adhesiveness-improving layer and, if necessary, laminating a printing ink layer, an adhesive layer, and a sealant layer on adhesiveness-improving layer.

    摘要: A process for preparing a polyamide type film which comprises melt-extruding a polyamide resin having a metal compound and a melt specific resistance of not more than 1.5.times.10.sup.5 .OMEGA.cm at 260.degree. C. in a form of a film, contacting the melt-extruded film closely with a revolving cooling drum through static electricity and taking up the film while cooling rapidly to solidify, which provides remarkable improved adhesion by static electricity. As a result, increasing the take-up rate of the revolving cooling drum does not cause trapping of air between the drum and the film so that a film having excellent uniformity in thickness and transparency can be produced.
