The device contains a multiplicity of control parameter sets with different set point charge states for a high performance battery of the electric motor.     摘要: A method operates a drive train the is formed of an internal combustion engine, an electric motor, a transmission and a first clutch that connects the internal combustion engine to the electric motor. During an operating state for applying a current requested torque to a transmission input with the electric motor switched on and the internal combustion engine switched off, the internal combustion engine is connected into the circuit by increasing the torque applied to the drive train by the electric motor before the internal combustion engine starts, in such a way that only the current requested torque is applied to the transmission input. Excess torque is extracted from the drive train by actuating the first clutch and applying the excess torque to the internal combustion engine in order to accelerate it. The internal combustion engine is started when its starting state is reached.

    摘要: A gearshift mechanism for a motor vehicle with hydraulically actuated multiple clutch, particularly a twin clutch, has a first gear input shaft to drive a first group of gears and a second gear input shaft to drive a second group of gears. The two gear input shafts are each assigned a clutch unit being coaxial to one another. A stationary housing accommodates the two clutch units. At its end face, the housing can be closed off by a housing cover that has a central opening through which a drive hub of a clutch cage is guided. The housing cover is provided with a bearing flange around the central opening, on the outside of which the clutch cage is supported. This advantageously supports the clutch on the housing and makes it possible to achieve a support effect for a dual mass flywheel or the crankshaft end of the internal combustion engine.

    摘要: A device for sealing a double clutch transmission of a motor vehicle, with a transmission housing, in which are arranged a clutch chamber with clutch oil and a double clutch, a transmission chamber with transmission oil and a double clutch transmission wheel set and two co-axial drive shafts disposed, one inside the other. One drive shaft is an interior central shaft which extends inside the transmission chamber from the end of the second hollow drive shaft. The two drive shafts each have a sealing element to seal the clutch chamber from the transmission chamber. A mounting component is situated inside and fixed to the transmission housing to support two adjacent sealing elements. A first sealing element forms a seal radially on the hollow drive shaft and a second sealing element forms a seal radially on the central drive shaft to provide a reliable seal and offer a simple ventilation and leakage detection.
