摘要: Disclosed is a system and method for determining the current replacement value of plants, trees, shrubs, and other landscape architectural objects by identifying the object; uploading information about the object and its location to a relational database which is used to construct average current replacement values; using the database to compare identified landscape architectural objects of a specific type and at a specific size against known wholesale pricing information from nurseries across the country to select valid nursery prices; averaging all valid prices for landscape architectural objects at a single nursery to derive a nursery average; extrapolating and interpolating price points at sizes not being sold by the nursery to create a complete size/price curve for a nursery; averaging that nursery curve with all other valid nursery prices to construct a national, and regional, average; and applying a market-based multiplier against the derived average wholesale prices to accommodate for the professional installation of the landscape architectural object.

摘要: A tube seal for a pressure vessel includes a body, a seal groove and a tube retention collar. The body has an aperture formed therein for receiving a tube. The body also has an external surface and an internal surface. The seal groove is disposed in the external surface of the body for securing the body within an orifice formed in a wall of the pressure vessel. The tube retention collar is disposed on the internal surface of the body for engaging the tube and securing the tube within the tube seal. Pressure within the pressure vessel causes the body to deform about and engage the tube retention collar with the tube to secure the tube within the aperture.

摘要: A method is provided for acquiring rights to content for transmission at an event. The method comprises identifying at least one of sources, carriers and owners of content for transmission at an event. The sources, carriers and owners include at least one of event content sources, event content carriers, event content owners, non-event content sources, non-event content carriers, non-event content owners, venue owners, event organizers and event participants. The method includes determining access rights to be acquired to transmit the content at the events, and establishing at least one agreement with at least one of the sources, carriers and owners to acquire the access rights to transmit the content at the event. The method may include establishing separate agreements with the sources of the content, the carriers of the content and the owners of the content.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a charge coupled device in which, during the shifting interval, the charge storage pixels are biased with an electrical potential greater than the absolute value of the CCD inversion potential and, during the charge integration interval, the charge storage pixels are biased with an electrical potential that is less than the CCD inversion potential. In this manner, the present invention substantially reduces error attributable to impact ionization or dark current.

摘要: A drywall compound storage system includes a ladder that has a topmost step. A drywall hawk is provided and drywall compound is positioned thereon. A support is provided and the support is selectively positioned on the ladder. The drywall hawk is selectively positioned on the support such that the drywall hawk is retained in a horizontal orientation. In this way the support inhibit the drywall compound from sliding off of the drywall hawk when the drywall hawk is set on the support.

摘要: Embodiments of the disclosure include devices and systems for using an end effector. In an embodiment, a medical device may include an articulation section. The articulation section may be operatively associated with an elongate articulation member configured to move the articulation section, wherein the articulation section can be configured to receive part of a conductive member. The medical device may also include an end effector. The end effector may include an electrode and a non-conductive section encasing a junction between the electrode and the conductive member, wherein the non-conductive section can be moveably coupled to the articulation section and can be fixedly coupled to the elongate articulation member.
