摘要: In plasma displays in different inch sizes, there is a disadvantage in that because each of the plasma displays in different inch sizes has an output semiconductor device with a different outer shape, a pitch of the external lead and the number of the output semiconductor devices vary, so that printed circuit boards need be designed differently for the different inch sizes. A hybrid integrated circuit includes mounting portions which are composed of a conductive path on an insulated metal substrate, and into which at least an output semiconductor device of a discharge maintaining circuit is incorporated, and includes external terminals arranged at a constant pitch. When the inch size of the plasma display is changed, the mounting portions are designed to have a size enough to accommodate the output semiconductor device for the greatest inch size. Thus, the same hybrid integrated circuit is commonly used.

摘要: A lane recognition apparatus for recognizing lane markers on a road surface based on a pair of stereo images of a scene in front of an own vehicle obtained from a stereoscopic camera, includes a stereo image processing means for calculating distance information of an image based on the pair of the images, a lane detecting means for detecting a lane marker of a lane in the image based on brightness information of the image and distance information calculated by the stereo image processing means and a lane position recognition means for recognizing a position of the lane marker in real space based on a position of the lane marker detected by the lane detecting means and distance information calculated by the stereo image processing means.

摘要: A vehicle is equipped with a battery configured so as to be rechargeable, a motor generator configured so as to generate the driving force of the vehicle by use of electric power stored in the battery, a switch configured so as to switch between generation of a command for extending the use period of the battery and stop of generation of the command, and an ECU for controlling the state of charge of the battery. The ECU sets the control range of SOC of the battery. When the switch stops generation of the command, the ECU sets the control range to a first range. Meanwhile, when a command is generated by the switch, the ECU sets the control range to a second range narrower than the first range.

摘要: A power recovery circuit includes a capacitor (C2) for accumulating power recovered from a panel (C1), a third switching element (Q3) for discharging the capacitor (C2), a fourth switching element (Q4) for charging the capacitor (C2), and a level shift unit for shifting a control signal for controlling Q4 to the voltage level of the capacitor (C2). The threshold voltage of Q4 is set higher than that of Q3. Accordingly, Q4 can be prevented from malfunctioning due to a decrease in the voltage of the capacitor (C2).
