Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a panel button includes providing a molding die including a transferable molding die defining a cavity, a core molding die having a runner, a sprue and a gate and a stationary molding die having a sprue. A hollow space is provided in a bottom of the cavity wherein a push button is formed. A projecting portion is inserted into the cavity and is formed on the underside of the core molding die. Two hollow coaxial spaces are connected to each other, one to form a boss, the other to form an elastic arm. A plastic sheet is introduced into the cavity and is sandwiched between the transferable molding die and the core molding die. The plastic sheet has an unbonding portion at a position where the push button is to be formed. A molten resin material is injected into the cavity through the runner, sprue and gate. The thus formed panel button includes the push button on the plastic sheet.

Abstract:
A vanity case comprises a main container having a receptacle and a cover, and a tray for detachably holding the main container therein. The receptacle has a space in which a pair of sliding pieces are disposed for an engagement with a projection of the cover. The sliding pieces are connected together in such manner that the inner ends approach each other to hold the projection therebetween when the outer ends are located away from each other and projected beyond the side walls of the receptacle by an elastic means. A means is provided for maintaining the cover in the closed position and upon rearward movement of the main container with respect to the tray, for releasing the closed position of the cover.
Abstract:
A vanity case is provided in which an unlatch member is housed in a rectangular recess formed in either one of a receptacle member and a cover member and has its one end formed as a free end extending upwardly while the other end retained in the recess. The free end is arranged to lie closely adjacent to a marginal portion of the other member in a closed position of the cover and also arranged to move inwardly to apply such force as to separate the cover from the receptacle, thereby releasing the engagement of the latching members when the unlatch member is pushed inwardly.
Abstract:
A component crimping apparatus control method which enables a measuring tool to directly measure a temperature of a part pressed by a pressing head. The component crimping apparatus control method is applied to a component crimping apparatus which crimps a component onto a plate-shaped workpiece, and causes a measuring tool shaped identically as the workpiece to measure a temperature or a pressure of a pressed part in a pressing process of pressing a component onto the workpiece using a heated pressing head. The method includes acquiring information indicating whether or not the measuring tool is held in the component crimping apparatus, and, in the case where the information indicating that the measuring tool is held is acquired, positioning the measuring tool identically as the workpiece, and executing the pressing process on the component to be attached to the measuring tool after the positioning.
Abstract:
A component mounting apparatus includes a component feeder that feeds a component with its bump electrodes facing down, a mounting head that mounts the component onto a substrate, a supporting base that secures the substrate, and a positioning device that aligns the component with the substrate. The mounting head includes an ultrasonic vibration generator, an ultrasonic vibration propagation member that conveys the ultrasonic vibration provided by the ultrasonic vibration generator to a working face holding the component as vibration parallel thereto, a pressure loader that applies a pressure load to the working face from a position immediately thereabove in the direction perpendicular thereto, and a heater that heats the vicinity of the working face. Thereby, ultrasonic bonding is carried out with high reliability even if the component has a number of bump electrodes on its face.
Abstract:
A compound represented by the following general formula (1), or a salt thereof, has serine protease inhibiting activity, and particularly excellent inhibiting activity against clotting factor VIIa. This compound or a salt thereof is useful as therapeutic and/or prophylactic agents for diseases associated with thrombus formation. wherein R1 represents hydrogen, R2 represents optionally substituted phenyl, etc., R3 represents optionally substituted C6-10 aryl, etc.
Abstract:
An optical wireless communication device mounted in electronic equipment includes: a light-receiving element for receiving an optical communication signal; and a control unit that monitors a received light output of the light-receiving element. When the control unit determines that the received light output represents the optical communication signal, it selects and executes communication mode for the optical communication signal. When the control unit determines that the received light output does not represent the optical communication signal, it selects and executes charge mode in which the received light output is used as a charge power.
