    摘要: In one embodiment, a magnetic data storage system includes a main pole power supply adapted for supplying an excitation current to a main pole coil, a microwave-assisted magnetic recording (MAMR) device including a spin-torque oscillator (STO) element, the STO element having a field generation layer (FGL) and a polarization layer, a timing-control circuit adapted for determining a duration of a main pole magnetic moment inversion process and signaling a start of the main pole magnetic moment inversion process, and a current-regulating circuit comprising an STO power supply adapted for supplying current to the STO element, wherein the STO power supply prevents degradation of a single rotating magnetic domain structure in the FGL into a closure magnetic domain structure in the FGL. Other systems and methods for preventing degradation of the single rotating magnetic domain structure in the FGL into a closure magnetic domain structure are described for more embodiments.

    摘要: In an inspection procedure of a completed product of an automatic transmission main body at a unit factory, a control system transmits a control signal to an actuator to receive characteristic data (hardware performance information) output in response to operation of the automatic transmission main body according to the control signal. The hardware performance information of the automatic transmission main body is brought into correspondence with hardware identification information, and set in a database as learning value data. The learning value data of the automatic transmission main body is transferred to a vehicle factory to be aggregated in a database management system at the vehicle factory. When the automatic transmission main body is assembled with an electronic control device, learning value data of the automatic transmission main body is read out based on the hardware identification information from the database management system, and written into an AT_ECU during the inspection procedure of a completed vehicle at the vehicle factory.

    摘要: A transparent conductive film for constructing a transparent electrode that is free from the generation of residue, etc. by etching with a weak acid (for example, organic acid). Further, there is provided a sputtering target for producing the transparent conductive film. In particular, there is provided a sputtering target composed of indium oxide and cerium oxide, characterized in that in the observation of crystal peaks by X-ray diffractometry, the presence of peaks ascribed to indium oxide and cerium oxide is observed, and that in the EPMA measurement, the diameter of cerium oxide particles dispersed in indium oxide is measured as being ≦5 μm. A transparent conductive film is formed by a sputtering technique with the use of this sputtering target. This transparent conductive film is substantially free from the generation of residue, etc. by etching with a weak acid (for example, organic acid).
