Disclosed herein is a method of manufacturing an anode for in-situ sintering for a molten carbonate fuel cell, in which an anode green sheet is prepared using a slurry, and then a reinforcing layer is placed on the anode green sheet and then pressed, thereby improving the mechanical stability of a fuel cell stack and the long term stability of an anode, and an anode manufactured using the method.

Disclosed herein is an electric generating system using a solar cell, including: a DC/DC converter that converts output voltage generated from a solar cell into DC voltage and has a converter switching device; a snubber device that has a snubber switch clamping voltage applied to the converter switching device; and a control device that detects the voltage applied to the converter switching device and controls an operation of the snubber switch according to a detected voltage level applied to the converter switching device, thereby increasing the efficiency of the electric generating system using a solar cell while reducing switching loss and conduction loss.

Disclosed is a molten carbonate fuel cell comprising a reinforced lithium aluminate matrix, a cathode, an anode, a cathode frame channel and an anode frame channel, wherein at least one of the cathode frame channel and the anode frame channel is filled with a lithium source. Disclosed also are a method for producing the same, and a method for supplying a lithium source. The molten carbonate fuel cell in which a lithium source is supplied to an electrode has high mechanical strength and maintains stability of electrolyte to allow long-term operation.

A facet extraction LED improved in light extraction efficiency and a manufacturing method thereof. A substrate is provided. A light emitting part includes an n-type semiconductor layer, an active layer and a p-type semiconductor layer sequentially stacked on the substrate. A p-electrode and an n-electrode are connected to the p-type semiconductor layer and the n-type semiconductor layer, respectively. The p- and n-electrodes are formed on the same side of the LED. The light emitting part is structured as a ring.

Disclosed herein is an internal reforming molten carbonate fuel cell power generation system including a reformer mounted in a stack for converting a hydrocarbon-based substance, such as natural gas, into hydrogen. The fuel cell power generation system includes a stack for generating power by a fuel cell reaction, a mixer for mixing fuel to be supplied to the stack, a pre-former disposed between the mixer and the stack for reforming a portion of fuel to be supplied to the stack from the mixer, and a burner for burning exhaust gas exhausted from a fuel electrode of the stack to supply heat and carbon dioxide required for the air electrode of the stack. An exhaust gas recycling line diverges from an exhaust gas line between the stack and the burner. The exhaust gas recycling line is connected to a fuel supply line between the mixer and the stack, whereby a portion of exhaust gas, exhausted from the fuel electrode of the stack after the reaction is completed, is mixed with the fuel flowing along the fuel supply line between the mixer and the stack, and then the mixture is reintroduced into the fuel electrode of the stack.

The digital television receiver includes and antenna having directivity according to a control signal for switching patterns of the antenna. A receiving section receives and processes channel signals for digital television broadcasting through the antenna. An antenna control section generates the control signal for switching the patterns of the antenna based on channel information according to the received channel signal. An antenna switching control section switches the patterns of the antenna during a sync signal period of the received channel signal when the control signal is generated.

An electric generating system using a solar cell improves the quality of output power by including a converter for converting an output voltage generated from the solar cell into DC voltage in a pulse shape. An inverter converts the DC voltage in the pulse shape into an AC voltage and applies the AC voltage to a power system and a control device for determining whether an erroneous operation of the electric generating system using the solar cell is generated or not based on an output voltage of the solar cell, an output current of the solar cell and a voltage of the power system. At least one inverter switching device among a plurality of inverter switching devices performs a switching at a frequency higher than a frequency during a normal operation at an interval where the erroneous operation is generated.
