摘要: A blood pressure measurement device includes a finger cuff for measuring a blood oxygen saturation level of a subject as physiological information excluding a blood pressure, a pulse wave detecting portion, and an oxygen saturation level calculating portion, where a start of blood pressure measurement in a sphygmomanometer is determined by a comparing and determining portion when a value becomes greater than or equal to a reference value. After the end of the measurement, a time limit for limiting the start of the blood pressure measurement is set. The comparing and determining portion determines not to start the blood pressure measurement within the time limit even if the blood oxygen saturation level becomes greater than or equal to the reference value.

摘要: Whether or not an electrically heated catalyst is normal is detected by accurately detecting whether the temperature of the electrically heated catalyst has gone up. To this end, provision is made for an air fuel ratio control device that adjusts an air fuel ratio of an exhaust gas flowing into the electrically heated catalyst to a rich air fuel ratio, at the time of starting of an internal combustion engine, a downstream side detection device that is arranged at the downstream side of the electrically heated catalyst and detects a concentration of oxygen in the exhaust gas, and a determination device that determines whether the electrically heated catalyst is electrically energized, based on the time at which the oxygen concentration detected by the downstream side detection device changes to a value indicating a rich air fuel ratio at the time when the air fuel ratio of the exhaust gas is adjusted by the air fuel ratio control device to the rich air fuel ratio, after starting of the internal combustion engine.

摘要: An electrical rotating machine including a stator core is provided. The stator core is formed of substantially sector-shaped sheet segments die-cut from electrical steel sheets and arranged in a circumferential direction of the stator core to form circular sheets which are stacked in an axial direction of the stator core. In the electrical rotating machine, end regions of the stator core are formed of stacked sheet segments die-cut from non-grain oriented steel sheets, and the other region of the stator core is formed of stacked sheet segments die-cut from grain oriented steel sheets.
