摘要: An exposure data organizing method, and an exposure apparatus operable in accordance with the method, organizes exposure data defining a composite pattern to be exposed. The composite pattern comprises at least one compressed, repeating exposure pattern and a non-compressed, non-repeating exposure pattern each comprising plural predefined unit deflection region to which respectively corresponding portions of the exposure data relate. The exposure patterns are relatively arranged in accordance with the composite pattern and respective, individual identifying members are assigned thereto. Exposure order numbers then are assigned to the unit deflection regions, as identified by the respective individual identifying members and so as to define a sequential order of the exposure of the unit deflection regions, determined in accordance with minimizing the length of a path through which the exposure beam is deflected when proceeding from the exposure of one to the exposure of a next successive one of the unit deflection regions, for all of the unit deflection regions. The portions of the exposure data corresponding to the unit deflection regions are processed in the sequence defined by the exposure order numbers for controlling the exposure of each unit deflection region on the object and further the exposing beam is deflected in accordance with the zigzag path to the successive unit deflection regions.

摘要: The present invention relates to water soluble quaternized chitosan derivatives which form hydrogel matrix with broad antimicrobial properties for the protection and coating of medical device. Hydrogel is attractive as an antimicrobial coating since its hydrophilicity intrinsically prevents the reversible nonspecific attachment of microbes. In order to achieve hydrogel formation, quaternized chitosan can be grafted with polymerizable groups, especially photocrosslinkable groups, such as methacrylates, PEG derivatives and be converted into hydrogels through a thermal or UV polymerization process. Hydrogels are hydrated cross-linked polymeric systems that contain water in an equilibrium state forming cushion water shield. The present invention is widely used in many medical devices for example biomedical devices such as contact lenses, bio-implants such as urinary catheters, pacemaker, heart valves, artificial heart, mammary prosthesis, intraocular lenses, wound dressings, artificial organs and delivery carriers for the bioactive reagents, total joint replacement due to their high degree of biocompatibility, antimicrobial property and good wetting characteristics. This invention describes the formation of novel hydrogels based on quaternized ammonium chitosan derivatives which has been grafted with photocrosslinkable groups, hence providing hydrogels as antimicrobial water shield coating agent.

摘要: An electric distribution box includes a resin exterior cover which houses an interior component and has an opening for resin-molding the exterior cover on a bottom wall of the exterior cover, and a resin cap which is fit into the opening to close the opening. A flange formed on an outer periphery of the resin cap is kept in intimate contact with the bottom wall of the exterior cover. A molding hole for forming a locking piece by resin molding is provided on the flange. The locking piece locks the resin cap to the opening of the exterior cover. A swell is formed at an entire peripheral edge of the molding hole of the resin cap. An outer face of the interior component is kept in intimate contact with the swell so that the molding hole of the resin cap is closed by the outer face of the interior component and the flange is kept in intimate contact with the bottom wall of the exterior cover.
