    摘要: An aggregate for feeding of fuel from a supply container to an internal combustion engine, particularly of a power vehicle, comprises means forming a feeding chamber, a feeding pump having a feeding member rotatable in the feeding chamber, an electric drive motor for the feeding pump and having a motor armature connected with the feeding member of the feeding pump, means forming a space which surrounds the motor armature and through which a fuel flows, a weak magnetic tubular part surrounding the motor armature and having an inner wall, at least one permanent magnet having a substantially ring-segment shaped cross-section and arranged on the inner wall of the part, and an intermediate wall separating the feeding chamber from the space, the intermediate wall having a tubular projection which surrounds the part and a pocket provided on the intermediate wall inside the tubular projection for receiving a portion of the permanent magnet.

    摘要: A device is proposed for controlling a flowthrough cross section in a controlled line, in particular in a line carrying operating medium in internal combustion engines, in order to exert influence on the idling rpm of the engine. The device includes an actuation member comprising an immersion-coil magnet system which engages an actuation shaft with which a first valve member and a second valve member are connected. The coaxial guidance of the actuation shaft in the valve housing is effected by means of two guide diaphragms held in place relative to one another by attachment to the housing on their circumference. The valve members are identical in shape and each cooperates with a valve seat provided in a valve plate in the identical direction. The air flow may be effected via inlet apertures provided in the tubular section of the valve housing exhausting via the opened valve seats to outlet apertures in the cap.

    摘要: A unit for delivery of fuel from the fuel tank to the internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle includes a feed pump which is arranged in the fuel tank and constructed as a flow pump with substantially circular-cylindrical impeller driven in rotation in a correspondingly circular-cylindrical pump chamber. In at least one of the two chamber end walls, at least one approximately annular delivery duct which is groove-like in cross section extends from a suction opening which opens into the pump chamber to a pressure opening leading out of the latter. This end wall of the chamber is penetrated in the region of the pressure opening by a bore hole connecting the pump chamber with a region of the system in which low pressure prevails. Gas bubbles can be removed from the pump and accordingly from the delivery path in a particularly reliable and simple manner in that this bore hole is situated in a sealing surface which defines the delivery duct in the radial direction with reference to the axis of rotation of the impeller.

    摘要: In a peripheral fuel-conveying pump, in which the rotatable impeller, provided with a plurality of vanes spaced from each other by grooves, is enclosed with the housing of the pump so that a fuel-feeding passage is formed between the inner wall of the housing and the periphery of the impeller. The dimensions of the fuel-feeding passage are defined by the first geometric characteristic R.sub.m which is a ratio between S and L, wherein S is the cross-sectional area of the space enclosed between the housing wall, defining the feeding passage, and the periphery of the impeller, and L is the length of the periphery of the portion of the impeller inserted into the fuel-feeding passage. R.sub.m must be in the range of 0.4-2 mm. The dimensions of the fuel-feeding passage are also limited by the second geometric characteristic R.sub.s =B/E and the third geometric characteristic RA=B/E, which must be in the range of 0.5-1.5, and wherein B is the width of the impeller in the axial direction, E is the height of each vane, A.sub.1 is the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the portions of space S positioned laterally of the impeller and A.sub.2 is the cross-sectional area of the remaining portion of space S.

    摘要: A gas-filled damping element for damping pressure pulsations, especially in an internal chamber of a pumping unit for pumping liquid fuel from a fuel storage receptacle to an internal combustion engine includes a rigid support member of a substantially plate-shaped or cup-shaped configuration, and a diaphragm having a marginal portion which is sealingly secured to a border zone or rim of the support member. The surface area of the diaphragm is greater than the projected area of the support member. The enclosed space between the rigid support member and the diaphragm is filled with a gaseous medium. A support element or portion extends into the enclosed space between the diaphragm and the support member, this support element having an abutment surface of an area smaller than the projected area of the support member and facing the diaphragm. The abutment surface serves for supporting the diaphragm when the damping element is exposed to extremely high pressures. The support member is provided with male connecting formations which engage with snap action in an annular groove of an extension of a stationary axle of the pumping unit to thereby hold the damping element in a predetermined position relative to the housing of the pumping unit.

    摘要: A noise damping device is proposed for reducing and smoothing pressure fluctuations in a damping medium, especially in fuel supplied by fuel supply pumps, which serves to reduce pressure fluctuations downstream of the fuel supply pump. The noise damping device includes a diaphragm fluctuation damper which is disposed directly downstream of the pump compression collar and by means of which, by rotating the diaphragm fluctuation damper, an annular fitting is fixable in its axial position between the diaphragm fluctuation damper and the pump compression collar. A check valve in the connection extension of the diaphragm fluctuation damper or in the annular fitting prevents the return flow of fuel out of the fuel circulatory system after the termination of fuel supply.
