The present invention provides a mobile portable device comprising a network communication module, a power-on circuit, a switching power supply, a system power supply and external battery and a calculation unit, wherein the system power supply and external battery constantly supply power to the network communication module by using an external AC power supply or the power of the battery, when the mobile portable device is in a power-off/sleep state, and when the power-on circuit detects that the network communication module has received information from a network, it activates the switching power supply to supply power to the mobile portable device and thus put the mobile portable device into an operating state. By supplying power to the network communication module in the power-off/sleep state of the notebook computer, the computer can be in the network communication state at any time and thus will not miss any information transmitted over the network.

Various embodiments provide methods and related compositions for increasing the population size of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) in patients that may benefit from reconstitution of stem cells and/or differentiated cells of the blood lineage. The present methods enable the production of HSCs ex vivo and in vivo by reducing latexin expression and/or latexin activity within HSC exposed to various antagonists. Inhibition of latexin expression and/or latexin activity by various antagonists can promote HSC proliferation and/or inhibit HSC apoptosis. Antagonists that can reduce latexin expression and/or latexin activity can be utilized to regenerate endogenous HSCs within patients affected with disorders, diseases, cancers, or therapies for such conditions, that result in the depletion or reduction in HSCs.

The oligomer or polymer may be formed in-situ by contacting the layered phyllosilicate with polymerizable monomer reactants using conditions to cause reaction and polymerization in the intercalating composition and intercalation of the resulting oligomer and/or polymer, between platelet layers of the phyllosilicate. An amine functionality of the oligomer or polymer is protonated for ion-exchange with interlayer cations of the phyllosilicate to bond the intercalant to the phyllosilicate platelet, at the protonated amine, at a negative charge site previously occupied by the interlayer cations.

A resin composition comprising melt blending a polyamide resin such as nylon MXD6 with a polyphenoxy resin. The polyamide resin and the polyphenoxy resin may be combined prior to or after melting and can be sandwiched between two PET layers in a perform mold to form an article capable of blow molding to form a container with improved delamination resistance. Also, intercalated layered materials are prepared by co-intercalation of an onium ion, an aromatic polyamide oligomer or polymer, e.g., nylon MXD6, and a polyphenoxy oligomer or polymer between the planar layers of a swellable layered material, such as a phyllosilicate, preferably a smectite clay. The co-intercalated layered materials are combined with the aromatic polyamide and polyphenoxy resin to form a nanocomposite composition for sandwiching between PET layers to form containers having improved delamination resistance.
