摘要: The invention provides a biaxially oriented laminated polypropylene film including base layer A and surface layer B, each of which comprises a resin composition containing a polypropylene resin as a main component, wherein a thickness of base layer A with respect to a whole thickness of the film is 70-98%, a polypropylene resin comprised in base layer A has a mesopentad fraction of 97.0-99.9%, a polypropylene resin comprised in surface layer B has a mesopentad fraction of 80.0-96.5%, a stress at 5% elongation F5 in a longitudinal direction of the film is 35 MPa or more, a stress at 5% elongation F5 in a width direction of the film is 95 MPa or more, a heat shrinkage rate at 150° C. in the longitudinal direction of the film is 6.0% or less, and a heat shrinkage rate at 150° C. in the width direction of the film is 5.0% or less.

A biaxially oriented polyamide film having at least one layer formed of a polyamide resin containing not lower than 60% by mass of poly(m-xylylene adipamide), wherein a molecular orientation angle of the film is not smaller than 20°, a strain at moisture absorption of the film is not higher than 1.3%, an impact strength of the film is not lower than 0.7 J/15 μm, and a heat shrinkage rate, after heating for ten minutes at 160° C., of the film is 0.6 to 3.0% in both an MD direction and a TD direction.

摘要: The invention provides a laminate having a protective film release auxiliary tape and comprising a rigid temporary support body (inorganic substrate) and a polymer film provided with a protective film. The laminate is configured such that the protective film can be peeled from the polymer film without separating the polymer film from the temporary support body. The adhesion strength F1 according to a 90 degree peeling method between the inorganic substrate and the heat-resistant polymer film, the adhesion strength F2 according to a 90 degree peeling method between the heat-resistant polymer film and the protective film, and the adhesion strength F3 according to a 90 degree peeling method between the protective film and the protective film release auxiliary tape satisfy the relationship F3>F1>F2.

摘要: The invention provides a sealant film that enables easy removal of even viscous contents from a packaging bag, has sufficient heat-sealability, and high easy-peelability, as well as a packaging bag comprising the film. The sealant film contains a sealing layer including a resin composition comprising (a) a polypropylene resin and (b) a silicon containing polyolefin resin, wherein (1) the ratio of a sealing strength at a sealing temperature of 200° C. and a sealing pressure of 0.4 MPa to the sealing strength at a sealing temperature of 150° C. and a sealing pressure of 0.4 MPa is 2 or less, and (2) the sealing strength at a sealing temperature of 150° C. and a sealing pressure of 0.6 MPa is 40 N/15 mm or less.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive transparent barrier film which uses a plastic film prepared using a recycled resin of PET bottles in consideration of the environment and has excellent acid resistance. A transparent gas barrier film includes an aluminum oxide layer mainly composed of aluminum oxide on at least one surface of a substrate polyester film. The absorption coefficient immediately after vapor-deposition of the aluminum oxide layer is less than 0.03 nm−1. The vapor-deposition film thickness of the aluminum oxide layer is 6 nm or more and 10 nm or less. The substrate polyester film is a biaxially stretched polyester film containing 50% by weight or more of a polyester resin obtained by recycling PET bottles. A content of isophthalic acid, an intrinsic viscosity, a heat shrinkage rate, lamination strength, and thickness unevenness are within predetermined ranges.
