摘要: The shock-absorber comprises: a cylinder containing a hydraulic working fluid; a piston slidably arranged in the cylinder so as to split the cylinder into two variable-volume working chambers, namely a first working chamber, or extension chamber, and a second working chamber, or compression chamber; an auxiliary conduit in fluid communication on one side with the first working chamber and on the other with the second working chamber; a train of permanent magnets slidably arranged in the auxiliary conduit so as to reciprocally move along the auxiliary conduit, dragged by the working fluid flowing between the first and second working chambers through the auxiliary conduit as a result of the reciprocating motion of the piston in the cylinder; and electric energy generating device for generating electric energy by exploiting the movement of the train of permanent magnets along the auxiliary conduit.

摘要: Disclosed is a hydraulic damper wherein the main damper tube has a narrowed section and it includes at least one additional piston assembly adapted to be received in the narrowed section to generate additional damping force. The piston assembly comprises a compression valve assembly and a rebound valve assembly each comprising at least one deflective disc. A sealing ring assembly is disposed between the compression and rebound valve assembles and comprises a first annular member having a plurality of channels covered by the deflective disc of the compression valve assembly; a second annular member having a plurality of channels, covered by the deflective disc of the rebound valve assembly; an axial projection between the annular members radially internal to the axial channels; and a sealing ring displaceable axially between the annular members and radially over the axial projection and adapted to cooperate with the narrowed section of the tube.

An annular seal member (156) configured to seal a gap to the case member is provided on a non-supported side of the annular disc. The shock absorber further includes two chambers (171, 172) in the case member, which are defined and provided by the disc. The disc is configured to block flow to the second passage.

摘要: A twin-tube hydraulic damper assembly includes a main tube having an internal radius extending along a center axis between a first end and a second end. An external tube is disposed on the center axis extending about the main tube. A base valve attached to the second end for controlling the flow of the working liquid during the compression stroke and the rebound stroke. A rebound valve of at least one rebound deflective disc having a thickness is disposed in the compression chamber and adjacent to the body. The rebound deflective disc has an external circumferential surface spaced from the main tube defining an annular damping gap extending about the center axis and having a radial width whereby a ratio of said radial width of the annular damping gap to the internal radius is less than 10%.

摘要: A shock absorber includes: a damping valve that suppresses a flow of operating fluid due to the sliding of a piston to generate damping force; a bottomed tubular pilot case that forms a pilot chamber that causes pressure to act on the damping valve in a valve closing direction, together with the damping valve; and an annular seal member (146) that is provided to be fixed to the outer circumferential side of a rear surface of the damping valve, and is fitted into a tube of the pilot case so as to be slidable and to be in a liquid tight manner. A part of the flow of the operating fluid is guided to the pilot chamber and opening of the damping valve is suppressed by the pressure of the pilot chamber. An annular concave portion (380) is formed on the outer circumferential side of the seal member (146), and an annular convex portion (385) is formed on the inner circumferential side of the seal member (146).

摘要: A shock absorber comprising a generally tubular body defining a working chamber. A piston is slidable in the working chamber and separates a compression chamber from a rebound chamber of the working chamber. The working chamber contains damping fluid. The shock absorber comprises an electric generator fitted thereto. The generator comprises a turbine rotatably coupled to at least one magnet and coils adjacent the magnet. The shock absorber comprising a turbine flow path between the compression chamber and the rebound chamber, the turbine being supported for rotation in the turbine flow path driven to rotate by flow of damping fluid. Preferably the turbine flow path comprises a compression flow path and a rebound flow path and a turbine chamber, the compression flow path providing for flow of damping fluid from the compression chamber though the turbine chamber to the rebound chamber. One way valves are positioned in the compression and rebound flow paths so that flow only occurs in a respective flow path during compression and rebound of the piston. Movement of said damping fluid though either of said compression flow path or said rebound flow path causes the turbine to rotate in only one rotary direction to thereby generate an electric current in said at least one coil.

The outlet orifices of the passage channels for a flow direction are connected to one another via a groove, which is covered by at least one valve disk and is bounded radially by at least one annular web on the radially inner side with respect to the center axis (A) of the damping valve and at least one annular web on the radially outer side with respect to the center axis (A) of the damping valve. The radially outer web has at least one first portion in which the support is configured as area support for the valve disk, and the radially outer web has at least one second portion in which the support is configured as line support for the valve disk.

The damper case includes a damper housing portion that houses a damper unit, a compression-side communication path through which an inner side of the inner tube and the damper housing portion communicate with each other, an extension-side communication path through which an annular passage and the damper housing portion communicate with each other, and a passage opening which is formed on the opposite side to the piston rod of the outer tube. The extension-side communication path and the annular passage communicate with each other through the passage opening.

The outer case is supported by the inner case via protrusions, which are formed on either one of the outer peripheral surface of the inner case and the inner peripheral surface of the outer case so as to protrude toward and abut the other one of the outer peripheral surface of the inner case and the inner peripheral surface of the outer case.
