摘要: An hydraulic power transmission for a vehicle, such as is used in the building and civil engineering industries, comprises two sets of receivers each supplied by a pump, wherein a speed limiter is disposed in the common return line of the receiver circuits and is piloted, via a shuttle valve, by whichever is the higher of the pump delivery pressures, whereby the receiver set temporarily being supplied on reduced delivery is free to be driven whereas the two receiver sets can, if need be, have their movements braked. This arrangement enables the same pumps which supply the wheel driving motors of the vehicle, to also drive an actuator without the disturbing consequence which has been prevalent hitherto, of one of the receiver sets braking the other.

摘要: A hydraulic system for a feed delivery unit according to the present disclosure may include a pump configured to supply a total flow, the pump including at least one suction port configured to be connected to a reservoir and at least one outlet port configured to be connected to a supply line, a control valve fluidly coupled to the pump and including a plurality of valve sections, the control valve being coupled to the pump such that the total flow supplied by the pump is distributed among the plurality of valve sections, and wherein each valve section of the plurality of valve sections is configured to control a direction of flow of a portion of the total flow, and a plurality of hydraulic motors fluidly coupled to the pump via the control valve, each of the motors being configured to drive a respective auger of the feed delivery unit.

摘要: A hydrostatic system is configured to be integrated in a vehicle, e.g. an excavator. The hydrostatic system may comprise a first closed hydraulic circuit including a first hydraulic pump and a first hydraulic motor configured to operate a first component of the vehicle, and a second closed hydraulic circuit including a second hydraulic pump and a second hydraulic motor rated to operate a second component of the vehicle. Furthermore, a single six-port two-position directional valve may be provided. The single six-port two-position directional valve may be configured to switch between a first position and a second position such that in the first position the first hydraulic motor is driven by the first hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic motor is driven by the second hydraulic pump, and in the second position the first hydraulic motor is disconnected from the first hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic motor is driven by both the first and second hydraulic pumps. The present disclosure also refers to a method for operating a hydrostatic system configured to be integrated in a vehicle.

摘要: A power beyond valve assembly for an agricultural implement includes a pressure compensation spool that receives hydraulic fluid from a hydraulic supply and selectively provides the hydraulic fluid to a hydraulic system of the agricultural implement. The position of the pressure compensation spool is adjustable between an open position that facilitates flow of the hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic system and a closed position that blocks flow of the hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic system. Additionally, two fluid connections provide the hydraulic fluid to either end of the pressure compensation spool to urge the pressure compensation spool to an open or a closed position. Further, a pressure relief valve is fluidly coupled to one of the fluid connections, and the pressure relief value is adjustable to vary hydraulic pressure within the hydraulic system.
