Abstract: A storage container for cryogenic liquids comprising an inner container which encloses a volume for receiving a fluid medium, an outer container which encloses a volume in which the inner container is arranged, with the result that an interspace is formed between the inner container and the outer container, and wherein the outer container has at least one outerfoot by means of which the storage container can be supported on an underlying surface, wherein the at least one outerfoot takes the form of a hollow body, and wherein the inner container has at least one inner foot for supporting the inner container that projects into the interior of the at least one outer foot.

Abstract: A doser for dispensing a cryogenic fluid includes a doser body configured to receive the cryogenic fluid. The dosing arm has a proximal end and a distal end and a central passage extending between the proximal and distal ends. Furthermore, the dosing arm is configured to receive cryogenic fluid from the doser body. A bayonet connection removably connects the proximal end of the dosing arm to the doser body. A dosing head is mounted to the distal end of the dosing arm and is configured to receive cryogenic fluid from the central passage of the dosing arm and to dispense the cryogenic fluid.

Abstract: A system and method for dispensing subcooled CO2 liquid includes a vacuum insulated bulk tank containing a supply of the liquid CO2. A pressure builder having an inlet in communication with a bottom portion of the bulk tank and an outlet in communication with a top portion of the bulk tank vaporizes liquid from the bulk tank and delivers the resulting gas to the top portion of the tank so as to pressurize it. A baffle is positioned within the bulk tank. Below the baffle, a refrigeration system is connected to the heat exchanger coil so that a refrigerant fluid is supplied to and received from the heat exchanger coil so that the liquid below the baffle is subcooled and the liquid above the baffle is stratified. A liquid fill line is in communication with the interior of the bulk tank via a fill line opening that is positioned above the baffle. A liquid feed line is in communication with a bottom portion of the interior of the bulk tank so that subcooled liquid may be dispensed.

Abstract: Provided is an independent tank, and a manufacturing method therefor, for which local bending stress occurring on the vicinity of a boundary portion (welded portion) can be reduced without increasing plate thickness. An independent tank has at least one curvature change portion in which the curvature along the axial direction of plate members that form the tank changes along the axial direction. Both the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the plate member on the small curvature side are not flush with respect to the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the plate member on the large curvature side. The plate thickness center of the plate member on the small curvature side is offset toward the radial direction inner side or the radial direction outer side with respect to the plate thickness center of the plate on the large curvature side.

Abstract: Provided is a liquefied gas transfer device for reducing boil-off gas. The liquefied gas transfer device for reducing boil-off gas comprises: at least one transfer pipe formed in a vertical direction inside a quay for storing liquefied gas so as to transfer the liquefied gas; a branch pipe which is branched from a lower part of the transfer pipe to one side of the transfer pipe, and which has an end part opened toward a bottom surface of the quay; a valve which is connected to the branch pipe and/or the transfer pipe, and which opens and closes the branch pipe or the transfer pipe so as to move the liquefied gas from the transfer pipe to the branch pipe; and a resistance member disposed inside the branch pipe so as to interrupt the flow of the liquefied gas.
