摘要: The present disclosure relates to a composition to aid in heavy metal detox. Metallothioneins (MT) are a family of cysteine-rich enzymes in the body that help remove and regulate heavy metals, copper, and other metals. Amino Acids in combination with zinc and/or molybdenum may provide improved production of MT over amino acid or zinc supplements alone. Additionally, Vitamin B6, Molybdenum, and Boron may be included to further enhance the efficacy of the composition.

摘要: A drinking water composition for improving the metabolism comprises magnesium, sodium, potassium, calcium and at least one of trace elements selected from the group consisting of chromium, boron, silicon, zinc, selenium, molybdenum, iodine and combinations thereof, in specific proportions. It is experimentally found that the drinking water composition can not only activate the expression of blood glucose regulation genes, but also has a positive impact on the fat storage capacity of cells, and can achieve the effect of improving the metabolism.

摘要: An anti-microbial preservative for use in ophthalmic and dermatologic products. The preservative includes from about 0.005 wt. % to about 0.20 wt. % chlorite compound and from about 0.005 wt. % to about 0.05 wt. % peroxy compound. Additionally, the preservative does not generate chlorine dioxide within the pH range of 5.0-8.8. Also included are an antimicrobial ophthalmic and dermatologic compositions for direct application onto an eye or skin of a living being including from about 0.005 wt. % to about 0.20 wt. % chlorite compound and from about 0.005 wt. % to about 0.05 wt. % peroxy compound. Also included are methods for treating dryness of the eyes and skin disorders (e.g., wounds, burns, infections, ulcerations, psoriasis, etc.) and for disinfecting and cleansing contact lenses while in place upon an eye by applying the composition to the eye or to the contact lens.
