Provided is a driver's airbag module assembly structure including: an inflator for generating gas by igniting an exploder; an airbag inflated toward a driver by the gas generated by the inflator; a cage covering the inflator; a mounting plate for accommodating the inflator, the airbag, and the cage to be fixed in a cover member disposed at a handle; and a horn plate installed between the mounting plate and a steering wheel, characterized in that the mounting plate has a plurality of fixing clips formed at its outer surface, the cover member has a plurality of coupling holes coupled with the fixing clips, the horn plate is provided with a bracket having an angled tip and a fastening hole, and the steering wheel is provided with a groove having an angled step corresponding to the bracket of the horn plate. Therefore, hooks of a mounting plate push flexible pieces formed at coupling holes of a cover to allow the mounting plate and the cover to be easily coupled with each other. In addition, since the hooks are closely inserted into lower horizontal holes, movement of the hooks can be reduced. Further, the hooks do not separate from the coupling holes when the airbag is deployed.

An aqueous solution for treatment of colored concrete, glazed enamel or porcelain surfaces to increase the coefficient of friction of that surface, whether dry or wet, to about 0.8 without deteriorating the color of the surface comprises about 1.5 to 1.9 wt % of ammonium bifluoride, 1.5 to 3.0 wt % of tri-ethylamine and a wetting agent in water. The degree of change of the color of the surface, treated seven minutes with the solution of the current application, measured by a color meter shows only 0.56 while the result of a commercial solution to increase the frictional coefficient shows 2.22. This means that the color change by the solution of the current application is undetectable by human eyes. Meanwhile, the change by the commercial solution product is detectable.

In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, a power semiconductor device includes a first drift region of a first conductivity type extending over a semiconductor substrate. The first drift region has a lower impurity concentration than the semiconductor substrate. A second drift region of the first conductivity type extends over the first drift region, and has a higher impurity concentration than the first drift region. A plurality of stripe-shaped body regions of a second conductivity type are formed in an upper portion of the second drift region. A third region of the first conductivity type is formed in an upper portion of each body region so as to form a channel region in each body region between the third region and the second drift region. A gate electrode laterally extends over but is insulated from: (i) the channel region in each body region, (ii) a surface area of the second drift region between adjacent stripes of body regions, and (iii) a surface portion of each source region.

A method for fabricating a surface acoustic wave filter chip package includes: mounting a surface acoustic wave filter chip on a substrate; forming a underfill in a space between the substrate and the chip; forming a metal shield layer on a whole outer wall of the chip by using a spray process; and molding resins on the metal shield layer. The metal shield layer is formed from a conductive epoxy with the use of a spray nozzle.

It is disclosed a semiconductor wafer position detecting system, a semiconductor device fabricating facility of using the same, and a semiconductor wafer position detecting method to prevent process failure in advance prior to proceeding various processes. The structure includes a chuck plate formed with at least one or more holes at a portion thereof on which a wafer is normally and closely placed; a fluid line connected between a lower portion of each of the holes and a fluid flow device; at least one or more valves provided on the fluid line to control fluid flow in response to an opening/closing control signal; a sensor provided on the fluid line to detect a state of fluid; an output device for outputting signals in response to an output control signal; and a controller for selectively applying an opening/closing control signal and an output control signal to the valve and output device, and detecting the position state of wafer by a measurement signal applied from the sensor.

The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for searching an image, and to a computer-readable recording medium for executing the method. The apparatus for searching an image of the present disclosure obtains features of an input image; and obtains words that correspond to the features respectively and an adjacent word that is adjacent to the words corresponding to the features. When a word is assigned to a first word cell of a plurality of word cells that are included in a visual feature space, an adjacent word is assigned to at least one second word cell that is adjacent to the first word cell, where the plurality of word cells is assigned to different words, and at least one word being within a predetermined distance from a word is designated as the adjacent word. The apparatus is further configured to search for an image that is identical or similar to the input image based on information associated with a first group of images corresponding to the word and information associated with a second group of images corresponding to the adjacent word, the information on the first and second groups of images being stored in a database.
