    摘要: A footwear construction includes a sole assembly having a midsole of a first durometer and a plurality of separate, individually reactive lugs of a second, greater durometer bonded to the midsole. On soft terrain, the individual lugs can remain extended and can engage that terrain to provide grip and traction. On hard terrain, the individual lugs can independently compress into deformation regions of the midsole to enhance traction, so that the midsole also can optionally contact the terrain with portions of the lugs. The sole assembly can include a fabric embedded and encapsulated in the materials of the lugs and the midsole to mechanically bond the lugs to the midsole and impair delamination. The individual lugs can include caps extending into the midsole with voids filled with the midsole material to improve the lug securement. A related method of manufacture also is provided.

    摘要: An arrow rest activation cord mounting assembly is provided including an elongated base mountable to a limb of an archery bow, a rail joined with the base, a mounting block moveable between a first end and a second end of the rail along the longitudinal axis to a plurality of discrete locations, and an anchor configured to receive an activation cord. The mounting block can be selectively positioned along the rail to set the anchor and activation cord at one or more different locations relative to the limb and thereby tune the activation of an arrow rest mounted to the archery bow with the activation cord. The rail can include multiple indicia elements of a scale to repeatedly set the block and anchor in discrete locations along the limb. The first end can extend in a cantilevered manner beyond a tip of the limb. A related method of use is provided.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an LCP-based flexible copper-clad laminate, comprising: providing an LCP substrate and subjecting the LCP substrate to a Hall ion source pre-treatment; forming an ion-implanted layer in a certain depth range below the surface of the LCP substrate via ion implantation; performing plasma deposition to form a plasma deposition layer onto the ion-implanted layer; performing magnetron sputtering deposition to deposit copper ions onto the plasma deposition layer and form a magnetron sputtering deposition layer; and plating the magnetron sputtering deposition layer with a thickened copper layer to obtain the LCP-based flexible copper-clad laminate. Also disclosed is an LCP-based flexible copper-clad laminate, wherein a peeling strength between a copper foil and the LCP substrate of the LCP-based flexible copper-clad laminate is greater than or equal to 0.5 N/mm, a surface roughness between the two is smaller than or equal to 0.3 μm, a thickness tolerance of double-sided copper foil is not more than 4.3 μm, and a thickness tolerance of single-sided copper foil is not more than 3.4 μm.
